Three Invisible Uv Marking Ink Pen

The 1-star reviews for this product from 2011 must have been from an entirely different product, because their reviews do NOT match the pens I received at all. I, too, have experimented on different surfaces, and on MOST surfaces I've tried, the ink is completely invisible, with very little dry-time.Human skin, drywall or walls in general, refrigerators, gaming consoles (and controllers), most metallic surfaces, and pretty much any surface that has a glossy surface all work perfect with these pens.Surfaces that don't work include anything made from paper, cardboard, and treated wood. So basically anything that came from a tree.It's impossible to test ALL surfaces and materials on the planet, but I hope my review has given you a better understanding as to what surfaces the pens will work on. Also keep in mind, lighting is important. If you write something on a wall very close to a light source, like a lamp or something, you will be able to see the ink. Experiment, see what works and what doesn't! $5 for 3 pens is the deal I was offered.

Yes, I did receive all 3 pens.Like: They do well on the "Invisible" aspect - you can't see them after they have been applied to plain white paper - dampness shows for 15 seconds or so after applying, but then fades. The red is most visible, getting bright, as it sits longer. Blue becomes visible in UV, but doesn't show as blue - though that might be a trick of the eye, seeing it in blue light. Yellow is also visible, but not really very yellow - surprising since yellow is usually the brightest with other fluorescent markers.Performance may vary. Seems there might be a base liquid that is somewhat visible and then another pigment that has the brightness, but doesn't seem to dispense so well.Still, all are fun for "hidden messages" or effective for secret markings. Durability hasn't been checked.

I purchased these markers because I thought they were going to be three plain colored invisible markers but after ordering them I noticed the "Condition" under the heading with a side note mentioning that there's going to be three colors. In lieu of this, these markers are fantastic. The red one stands out the most under the black light. I would draw something in red then define the lines with the blue marker and they'd look out of this world. Then when you turn on the regular white light the markings disappear as if you didn't draw them at all. I'd definitely recommend this to another person but would recommend that they order only the blue and red markers, the yellow one sucks.

These markers work nicely on most surfaces. That being said, some surfaces no matter how long you wait for it to dry still wipes off. These do not work very well as writing invisible notes because when you write on paper with them the ink can still be slightly seen without a UV light. Overall a great product though.

Despite it's sometimes visible under certain lighting, not 100% invisible at all time, i'd say about 95% invisible.I've tried it on my TV set, laptop, phones, GPS as well as paper & it's not easy to spot where it's used, unless you are determined to spot the writings/markings. It's fun to use & "free shipping", so i think it's a reasonable deal.

It's really invisible, but if you want to remember what you wrote, you need an ultraviolet light, otherwise the invisible UV Marking Ink Pen doesn't complete its work. Use for marking your properties, it writes in almost any suface, use it for send messages, letters....But remember, you need an UV light. I don't know how many words can be writen with a pen.....probably a lot.

These are truly invisible on most surfaces! When you use them on something where it ends up being visible in natural light It's not super visible. Super bright under a black light! Great product!

I was given three pens with three different colors, however that was on my second purchase, my first purchase I only received 3 white colored UV markers. So if you're picky about color and products matching description, this isn't for you, if you're just looking for a UV marker this is a great product.
