Smooth as cream! Delicious. :)
Totally worth the buck. Have consumed this many a times in past so buying this wasn't a try, except the task of buying it ON Amazon! Flavor was amazing as always, soft like cutting an ice cream. Ghee was a little extra, just how I wished it to be. Packaging- love how they bifurcated the 400gms into two sealed boxes. Don't know company's intent but it helped in consuming the second box after longer interval. My only concern is the usage of Palm Oil. I don't think the original recipe uses palm oil. It's supposed to be pure desi ghee only. Company should rethink on that.

Nice product.
You at times get confused by the mix taste of palm oil and ghee....I do not understand why they use palm oil and not just only ghee which I feel will make this sweet even better. Overall the product is good and was delivered absolutely fresh...will recommend buying it....one advice please stop using palm oil.

The best but could be healthier
Over the years as I sinfully gorged on mysore paak which happens to be one of my 'favoritest' sweets, I have tried different varieties and versions from different shops and different States all over Southern India, including from the legendary Guru Sweet Mart owned by descendants of the royal cook Kakasura Madappa, who is credited with inventing the sweet. Lal Sweets' Mysore Paak is undoubtedly one of the best I have eaten. The sugar content is just right; the taste is superb. However, as one reviewer rightly pointed out the ingredients include Palmolein Oil about which all kinds of health warnings are circulating; therefore, Lal Sweets should consider replacing this oil with a healthier substitute.

Best Mysore Pak I ever had.
I ordered mysore pak of Lal for the first time and I was not sure if it will be good enough or not., Especially since it will be flown from Bengaluru to Delhi. But when I received the product, I loved everything about it. The product was fresh - packed on the day it was shipped. The taste is just so heavenly. I was very difficult to stop myself from eating more. No foul smell or funny taste. Although the price is on the higher side as compared to other brands, I still recommend this product and will always prefer it for Gifting purposes as well.
