EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT customer service, I think Tavy has been the best customer service person that I have ever had! I text with couple questions and she answered very quick and clear, she turned my idea to a final product that I wanted and send me previews to make sure it was done in my way. I bought it as a give for my husband and HE LOVED IT, if your couple likes sports you can personalize it in a fancy way! He got his Bears and not BUSY and ugly as many things on sports. MY bad that the tag says “GO BEARS” and not “BEARS DOWN” hahaha but I know NOTHING about football, anyway, he really loves it.Nice material, very well done, beautiful, personalized and simple.
