It replaced a factory 2 rpm motor that was actually 1.6 rpm. This is a true 2 rpm so my grill gets to temp much faster. To work on a RecTeq you have to drill a hole in the motor shaft to match the factory motor which is why I gave it four stars for “Easy to Install” otherwise it would have been five stars. I’ve done three or four cooks since installing this motor and everything works great.

I have a Triton XL pellet smoker I have had for 6 years it quit feeding I diagnosed to find that the plastic bushing on the auger had over heated and welded itself to the auger ultimately burning the motor up. I searched diligently trying to find parts ultimately finding this and it fit and worked perfectly would recommend to anyone with the Triton XL

Have had my Traeger grill for over 15 years, replaced different parts along the way but never the auger motor. Had to replace the motor in August of 2023 with this after market motor and the replacement motor just failed (12/4/2023) lasted 5 months. They just don't make them like they used too! However, I will purchase another one because they're no other alternatives for my "Seasoned" Traeger. Hopefully, this 2nd purchase will last MUCH longer than the last one.
