Bib & Tray Kit

This is a great product. It saves our floor a lot and I do not have to clean the entire chair throughly each time as the food catcher does what it says and catches the food. The velcro which attaches the bib is very industrial and does its job well, especially given we have a son who seems to figure stuff out and undies what should be done up. That being said, he’s figured out to lean over and pull the catcher up. The suction things do not work great with the high chair that we have. I can deal with this as he only does this when he’s finished his meal and is trying to find something to do to make sure I get him out of his chair so he can crawl around. I initially struggled cleaning the product as I was using dettol, however you need to use warm soapy water and it cleans very easily. In conclusion, a great product and I highly recommend it.

It’s great for reducing food waste and works well for baby led weaning as baby has a much larger space to explore food, however the suction pads do not work. I did see on tidy tot’s website to soak in boiling water from time to time, but there shouldn’t have to be additional work on a product that’s meant to save us time. I have the tutti bambini high chair and it’s a bit too large for it, there is an additional suction pad and a strap for the back to better stabilise the tray, however as the suction pad doesn’t work I can’t get it to stick and the tray sort of flops around. Easy to clean and the bib that comes with it is fantastic - other coveralls and bibs have been a bit of an obstacle but not this one. It sits flush with the body. Overall it does the job but the suction pads really let it down

I was a product tester for the prototype of this system six years ago and loved it then. I have since had another little person join the family and it seemed fitting to use this again. There isn't much to say except an already amazing product has been made so much better, the quality is outstanding, the materials are so soft to the touch, it is all super easy to clean (I especially like the extra bit of velcro for the big to prevent snags in the wash) the tray wipes easily and folds away in and instant and it all fits back into its carry bag for using away from home. I can't fault a thing with it. Highly recommended especially if baby led weaning ❤

I bought this bib in March 2024 as my 7-month-old was starting on solids. I was pleased with it for 2-3 weeks but then not. 1. My little baby learnt with a couple of weeks how to pull the tray with suckers used off. If I pushed the suckers down harder it made no difference so the tray was then useless. She just took it off over her head. Actually, I have no idea what to do with it now. I don't really want to send it to landfill. 2. The biggest issue, as another reviewer also found, is that the plastic coating, please see the photos, peeled off very quickly and became like cling film. I was surprised by this as I thought at that price point it would be good quality. 3. As another reviewer also said, the fabric used does not stand up well to food or washing. It sort of absorbs the food and started to smell very quickly. Even after 3 days, the fabric looked well used. I agree with one of the other reviewers that they need washing after every meal. I have other bibs that cost about £4 from regular supermarkets and every day high street stores and they have lasted several years. They just wipe down very easily, are completely waterproof and you can use them for days without needing to put them in the washing machine. All this is a shame as when it arrived and I used it for the first 2-3 weeks, I was pleased with it. I imagined I would be using it for 2 years at least.

Great idea. Yes. My 8 months loves throwing food and his spoon on the floor and this tray at least solves this issue. It is OK to get messy but I was tired to clean the spoon all the time before giving it back to him. Now, that is sorted; however, the velcro strip on the tray is nearly impossible to clean after each feeding. (same as some comments mentioned) I have 2 bibs with velcro and even when they are attached, they get food stuck in there. It is annoying. Why not making that strip optional, or foldable? Such a great idea with such a huge oversight. It seems like who designed this clearly never had to deal with a real life situation.

AMAZING! From an autistic mother that was getting stressed and triggered every single day not just by the food, logistics and the normal stress of BLW but also because of the amount of cleaning, washing and headache that the BLW mess brings in. This has made our lives way easier and stress free! A must have on every baby wishlist!

It is very easy to unpack, the Velcro is the newer kind so it’s really good. When I got it the sucker was bend over to wouldn’t stick the the chair, I soaked it in hot water and it helped to a degree. Was weird that the suckers are secured with cable ties, but it does the job and there are no jaggy bits. I did want to use the bit to make it a touch smaller at the back but one thing to note is that the suckers don’t stick to textured surfaces and the back of my high chair is textured, so it does hang downwards a little… but it still does the job. Considering the price I’m very happy with the product and so are my floors!

I really loved the idea of the product. It helps with the mess and the food waste. However, it is quite expensive and i expected it will last for long (deff more than a month). The Waterproof layer has completely detached from the fabric even though I have followed all the instructions for cleaning and this morning has completely ripped from the sleeve. I am quite disappointed as I have purchased spare tops and if they last the same time would end up a very expensive purchase … hope if its a manufacturing issue to get solve promptly of if it is just a faulty product to get a compensation for it.

L’idea di questo prodotto è fantastica, soprattutto per l’autosvezzamento! Il fatto che il bavaglino sia attaccato al vassoio evita che il cibo finisca ovunque e aiuta a mantenere il bambino più pulito. Il materiale è impermeabile, quindi si pulisce facilmente con un panno umido. ✅ Pro: Perfetto per l’autosvezzamento, aiuta a contenere il disastro durante i pasti. Il bavaglino collegato al vassoio evita che il cibo cada tra il bambino e il seggiolone. Facile da pulire grazie al materiale impermeabile. Viene venduto con un copri strappo per poterlo lavare in lavatrice senza rovinare gli altri vestiti. ❌ Contro: Le ventose del vassoio non funzionano, quindi non rimane ben fissato al seggiolone. Il materiale assorbe le macchie, la salsa di pomodoro ha lasciato aloni permanenti. I piatti con ventosa non aderiscono bene alla superficie del vassoio, quindi l’unica soluzione è servire il cibo direttamente sopra. Ho dovuto acquistare un secondo bavaglino di ricambio, perché quando lo metto a lavare mi serve un’alternativa. In generale, è un’ottima idea ma con alcune limitazioni pratiche. Se non vi dispiace servire il cibo direttamente sul vassoio e potete alternare più bavaglini, può essere un buon aiuto per i pasti.

This product is definetely one of the best items I bought for my baby. It has allowed us to enjoy much more our meal time as we don't stress much about all the cleaning we will have to go through after a meal.
