Hp ProBook x360 11E G1 11.6" Touchscreen 2 in 1 Notebook Intel N4200 8GB RAM 128GB SSD Win 10 Pro (Renewed)

Bought this for my high school senior to do their online schooling. It was such a hit that I'm planning on replacing mine with the same one when the time comes.They used it for schoolwork that included online classes & zoom calls as well as for freelance commission-based graphic arts work.

The media could not be loaded. On receiving the item it looked great but when I tried playing a u tube video , sorry to say but the speakers were crackling and audio was not clearly heard, only when I jacked in a head phone I was able to hear the audio clearly, as soon as I removed it,,back to the crackling noises, truly I am disappointed because I bought this item for my son’s school use, so it’s not only me sad but also him🥲 and the thing is I live Trinidad West Indies and my courier dose not do returns,I would not mind having it exchanged but due to my situation it seems I am stuck with it and might have to find a tech to try and correct the issue.

I was kinda sceptical about buying a refurbished item, especially a computer but, this looks like new and seems to be a very good quality computer... only issue I've had is with the power cord and the seller has taken care of the issue and with no problems and in a very speedy manner...I would definitely recommend this item...

The trackpad DOES NOT SCROLL! This is very annoying but at least you have the touch screen to rely on. When you go to fold the laptop into a tablet, the keyboard does not disable, and there is no option to disable it. If you put too much pressure on it, it will type. My speaker came crackling and broken, I have to use headphones for it to be any use.The laptop itself came scratched and beaten up, but still works properly. It is also a little slow but I do not mind.

Everything is good. Great beginners laptop. But the battery only lasts for 1 1/2 hours.

BEWARE OF THESE COMPUTERS.This is the third unit. The second unit had a school district operating system on it and was not operational as discussed ion other reviews. . The first one I bought showed severe cosmetic damage from a repair and It has been returned and I have yet to recieve a refund. The third unit worked great and looked great however, the touchpad will not function as expected and the device manager does not show of a touchpad being installed. The units are priced low as reburbished however, I believe I will pay more for a new unit. I had to put a stop payment on the first one as it was not refunded and is still pending the review from the card company. I will update this review on the progress. Respectfully

SPEND A FAIR AMOUNT OF $$$, HAVE FOR 1 WEEK, SCREEN GOES BLACK. tAKE TO REPAIR TO SEE ISSUE, TOLD STILL HAS WARRANTY, SENT TO hP, THEY SAID HAD WATER ON IT, { I NEVER ALLOW LIQUID OR FOOD AROUND ELECTRICAL } WARRANTY MEANT ZERO, THEY WOULD NOT FIX, MAILED ME BACK THE JUNK COMPUTER. MY RATING ON HP...NEVER NEVER WILL SPEND A DOLLAR, TO ME, HP WENT UNDEER...JUNK COMPUTER AND JUNK WARRANTY. YOU SELL JUNK, YOU FIX IT.
