Works great

I bought this brush (xlarge size, angled handle design) to clean a charbroiler, which is the surface with the grooves/channels. The bristles length on this brush is too short, so when it was new it barely scraped the bottom of the very normal depth channels. That required scrubbing harder, spending more time scrubbing, which in turn quickly wore down the bristles and made the cleaning even harder, and in after just a couple of weeks of use (every other day) the brush has become completely useless (pictured). I wish it had longer bristles, like maybe at least twice as long. The brush came with a replacement head, but as you can imagine, it would be equally worthless. If you are thinking that meat like burgers or steak would only make contact with the ridges, you'd be right. However I prefer to clean the surface thoroughly with soap after every use because 1) without soap over time the brush would just push grease around, disgusting old grease, and itself get really dirty, 2) using soap to clean automatically keeps the brush clean too, and 3) there is still sufficient residual grease that impregnates the cast iron that in my experience with this charbroiler seasoning is not required. The quality of build seems very good/sturdy and it seems built to last. The angular handle design is also very ergonomic. The product has great potential if they can fix its bristles!

Ordered This brush seems to be made fairly well. It comes with an extra Bristol said you need to change them out because they go bad fairly soon. I recommend buying it. very basic bush that works .
