I was in a multi-year study evaluating these for heart health. During the study it was found that the product actually improved memory! I can 100% attest to that from my personal experience. Cocoa is very good for the brain. This is a quality product.

i have been taking this for about 4 or 5 years now…..I take one capsule per day though instead of two. I noticed an improvement in my ability to more easily remember old info after a few months on the product. Thought two a day was too pricey given the totality of supplements that I take. Two per day as directed may have worked better or more quickly. Either way, I think this product works and have continued to reorder it.

Although the science is there, the cost is very high.
