ORACLE Lighting Oculus Bi-LED Projector Headlights for Jeep JL/Gladiator JT

I almost didn't write a review because I have mixed opinions on the marketing tactics used in all of the images and the wording on the description. So here goes my thoughts.The headlights themselves are great, they aren't quite as good as the factory LED's I removed but they are worthy. Once installed and adjusted correctly I haven't had a single person bright me and you can see the cutoff line of the lights as they are approaching. I've never passed it on the road but I'd say they are directed out of the eyes of passing traffic. (I may update if I get a chance to pass the jeep head on). The wiring was legit plug and play for the headlights and was a very easy install. Adjusting them is fairly easy if you have small hands.Now for the inner, outer Halo and demon eye. I purchased the kit that came with the colorshift 2.0 assuming that was everything needed to change colors and have the look In the image. (I'll admit I did not read the entire post on the lights but I skimmed it for a few days making sure these were the ones). Upon looking at the supplied controller I noticed one small issue, it only has 1 Red, 1 Blue, and 1 Green output, meaning all 3 of the zones will always be the same color of your choosing (Or one of the 3 depending on how you wire them up). It was at that point installed checking for installation videos because the supplied video didn't mention how to wire the halos (which is basically self explanatory). I then learned you need need to purchase additional controllers to control all 3 zones to a different color (like depicted in their images) The controllers they offer are pricey and it seems like a pushover to sell additional products. However there are cheaper options available that work just as well and still maintain ease of installation. After talking with customer service through oracle, I decided not to buy the 2 additional BC1 controllers due to the added cost on an already fairly high priced item. We now have the lights wired and fully controllable and they are exactly what I was expecting. Other than the fine print about needing additional controllers, I have no complaints and these lights were a great addition to our Rig/Mall crawler (haha).

These are high quality headlight replacements of the stock halogen headlights. They were super easy to install, including the extra wiring for the halo lights, almost anyone can do it. It took about an hour. It has a crazy vivid cut line from very bright white light to no light. This allows the lights to be very bright and not blind oncoming traffic. I hear a fan running in the headlights when turned on in the garage with the car off, so hopefully that little fan does not wear out. Obviously you don’t hear them when the car is running. Seems expensive, but a major upgrade from stock halogens.

Installation of colorshift is expensive same as value of lights and the app won't connect automatically and most of the time not manually either ,can't use full features of colorshift headlights other than white default halo and projecter beams not bright as stock led headlights, colorshift lights stays on if not turned off from app not with factory power cut off switch not worth buying

Installed these last week. Design is amazing and the halos look badass. Everything included and easy plug and play.Awesome lights and way brighter than factory, but I dislike how there is such a sharp cut off line so if you’re not level, you can’t see very well, and the top of the line is blue/purple colour. Also dislike how there was frost on the inside of the light right in the centre of the headlight. It was -35, but considering I see -50 in Canada, I hope they do well during the colder months. Time will tell. Had to put a heat lamp in front of the Jeep to get rid of the frost.Very easy install with a video to follow.Overall happy with purchase but the price is a touch steep in my opinion.
