Definately recommend
My partner has tried lots of probiotics to help with ibs and none have worked until now. This is our third time ordering them. Bit pricey but worth it for the gut benefits

This is the correct stuff with no dead weight all will live.
These are powerful and will get you working at peak levels. However what you need to know is very simple. What they eat. What kills them... how long they live in you. What they eat is very specific and you don't eat it. Google it. What kills them? What we eat and no doubt your life style. Thing is, we made a deal with 1.4kg of other lifeforms and we are doing a bad job of keeping our end. Well this is a great start well-done you. But address your knowledge please, next what you need to know or you will suffer. Washing powder and entertaining reading materials also sold here. 1 pill a day? Nope! 1 per day till gas is flowing like iron the engine then stop for 3 days, then 1 every few days getting longer until you reach your comfortable level. Thing is you are adding to, and maintaining a set number. Over do it... you have Glastonbury after a week, in mere day's. You want better motions, not a log flume on the hour. Let's think laxative of film notoriety, but done right. Respect is key. Now with that warning in your ears. I love these. My meds have destroyed my gut health for 35yrs. Yet these got me to places I thought impossible I had to dial right back. 1 per week. However I now feed what I have so they live longer. Learn the problem do research. This is the correct stuff and on my 3rd bottle. Friend is doing well and sorted.

Developed a rash
Unfortunately this probiotic didn't work out for me. I developed a rash over my abdomen and chest and had to stop after just two doses. I suspect it's a reaction to the Aquamin TG which I've discovered contains trace minerals, including nickel and cobalt, to which I am allergic.
