Aspen makes a very good product
I bought this brace to use every day. While it does offer some support and comfort, it isn't as effective as the larger Aspen braces. If you have Scoliosis in addition to other back problems, this brace is not for you.

This brace has two cords to use after putting it on that allow you to feel pressure on your spine as you pull them that make this brace more effective.

too small
size medium is advertised to fit waist sizes between 31" and 36" but it was too small for my 34" waist - not even close

It’s OK and it Could be Better!
The belt is just OK because the quality of the material is not up to par. Wearing it for only 4 days at work, you can see in the picture that one of the metal supports broke out of its secure area. Design is great, corset strings should be of stronger quality, as well as the material in-between.

Comfortable and sturdy
I was recommended this by my pt. And am so glad I ordered the brand he recommended. I read other reviews of being uncomfortable. I wear mine to give me stability and relief for my lower back pain. It does help. And with the extra tension pully, it really gives you a squeeze and keeps my spine in place.
