Esbit 4g Solid Fuel Tablets - E-FUEL-20X4

Used with pocket folding stove. Fuel fits right into stove when folded up. Fuel is actually heavier than the stove. If you place a small piece of aluminum foil on bottom of stove then the cube on the top, clean up is easier. Leaves some residue on bottom of pan. Once home, cleaned up pot with backing soda paste, easy. One Cube burn time ~ 14 minutes with the folding wind screen. If your trying to heat up a couple items with one start of the cube, small sticks can be added to extend the burn time with the folding stove. If it is raining out, the burn time of one cube is enough to assist with lighting wood. I try to conserve these cubes when possible. These cubes are also excellent for starting larger fire. Transports well because of size. Lights fairly easily. Made a small bag from rip stop material to transport items in stove with small piece of foil. Works well.

These pellets were super well packaged, appear to be high quality, and worked perfectly in our antique steam engine. Each tablet burned for almost exactly 5 minutes and the flame was super hot until the very end. It took two tabs to get the engine up to temp and it ran for a full 5 minutes on the 3rd. The ONLY warning I have is DO NOT use indoors or confined spaces. They do produce fumes and my asthmatic wife did not react well to the smell. It actually gave me a headache as well. I know to burn them outside next time.
