I was told by a nurse to take D3 with k2 to build my calcium up I suffer from sciatic nerve damage and my legs hurts so bad I started taking D3 with k2 and I must admit within days I feel the difference in my legs I feel so much better I recommend that you take D3 with k2 to build up calcium in your bones I am so glad that I found out about this vitamin

I’ve tried several of the “top” rated vitamin D/K supplements. This is by far the most effective and potent one. I noticed its effects only a day after taking it for the first time. My son's pediatrician recommended K2 for the kiddos but also recommended it for adults as well since we don't get mich grass fed beef here in the states anymore. Been searching that out more regularly but in the meantime, started this supplement. Great! This size of the pills are fine and easy to swallow. A bit pricey but we don't have to buy D3 separately anymore.

This is a great product. Vitamin D should be taken with K2. Vitamin d helps with calcium absorption and k2 helps transport the calcium into bones instead of going to the arteries and causing problems there!

I've tried a lot of D3 K2 supplements. This is on the higher tier. Great product!
