I keep 3 or 4 knives at strategic places in my extremely humid garage. When I need one, they frequently are rusted.** A: Mine arrived (one pack of three) with corrosion on them, The card that the blades was on had obviously gotten wet enough to fall apart though. I think they come coated with some kind of oil, as they tend to stick together. But they will definitely rust with enough exposure to moisture.
