These scrubbers work very well for tougher cleaning jobs. They do a great job removing baked-on food and stuck-on messes that regular sponges struggle with. I like that they scrub strongly without falling apart quickly. They hold up well and last longer than some others I’ve used. They’re especially useful for pots, pans, and other kitchen cleanup when you need extra scrubbing power. A little effort goes a long way with these. Overall, these are reliable scrubbers that do the hard jobs well and are great to keep on hand.

I’ve been using this material as a barrier to prevent mice from entering, and it has been remarkably effective. Before installing it, I was dealing with constant mouse activity, but once the barrier was in place, the problem stopped completely—no traces, no scratching sounds, nothing. It has been the first solution that provided a true and lasting fix. I’ve tried several methods in the past, but none came close to performing as well as this. What impressed me even more was how versatile it turned out to be. I also used it to block the small passage squirrels were using to access the roof. They tried to get through multiple times, but the material held firm and didn’t give them the opening they were hoping for. It created a secure and reliable seal without needing constant adjustments or reinforcement. Durable, effective, and simple to work with—this has become my go-to product for keeping unwanted critters out. Given the results, I can’t imagine switching to anything else. If you’re dealing with mice, squirrels, or similar pests, this is without a doubt one of the most dependable solutions out there.

I got these scrubbers to serve instead of nylon scouring pads, as part of my effort to phase out plastic products. Compared to nylon, stainless steel is more likely to scratch (test before using if you care), but it's strong and good for scouring. The scrubbers are comfortable to hold (not scratchy or pokey). I use them on steel oven racks, marble counters, tile, stainless-steel pots and utensils, glass dishes, and even vegetables (to scrub off residue). After the first few uses the scrubbers tend to lose their shape (not a big deal from my perspective). After more extensive use they start to shed pieces of stainless steel, but I'll gladly take that any day over the microplastics that the nylon scouring pads constantly shed throughout their life. My only significant criticism of this product is the plastic packaging: not only is the set of 16 scrubbers in a plastic bag, but each scrubber is *individually wrapped* in plastic in addition! Ironically, the nylon scouring pads I used to buy were manufactured locally and came in minimal packaging made of paper (a stack of nylon scouring strips held together by a ring of paper). I'd like these stainless-steel scrubbers to be offered in natural plastic-free packaging.

These used to be in every grocery store and now I can't find them. The dollar-store versions are half the weight and size (these are full-size, weigh about 50 grams each). No signs of rust. I only wish they came in smaller packets as we have enough now to last into the next decade.
