Drop in replacement for old remotes
Works great, made a 30 year old receiver work again. Has some range and angle issues or I would have given it 5 stars, but otherwise good.

Perfect
My Denon stereo receiver is 10 years + and the remote broke during a move. Wasn't sure how this remote would work as the original is much bigger, has more buttons and is no longer manufactured. Was pleasantly surprised that this remote is not as bulky, easier to use and works perfectly.

Just what I needed
Lost the RC 974 remote for my 2005ish Denon AVR 985 receiver which doesn't have the latest features but still works great. I needed the remote not only to adjust the receiver volume without getting up every time, but to access the receiver set up utility. This worked out of the box with no setup required. It doesn't match all of the original remote's functions but provides all of the critical ones.

An amazing alternative to a regular Denin remote. After years of usage, my original remote stopped working and was not available anymore with Denon, so I tried this remote after positive reviews and I must say I am impressed by its functionality. It works great for most functions one can need for the Denin device.
