Love these gummies, have been consistently taking these for 6 months and sleep has never been so good! You stay sleeping and it definitely helps you relax. I personally like the flavor but they do have a slight bitter after taste. Does not bother me, love that they are gummies. Almost like a treat!

So Far, So Good
The flavor isn't bad, there's only a slight aftertaste but it doesn't taste horrible. I've been taking these for a few days, and so far they help me feel calmer and less prone to anger (I've been having these issues due to depo shot). I'm noticing I'm getting tired earlier than I usually do, but that's also what I wanted. Will update this if anything new.

Too Sweet
The gummies are too sweet for me. I stop taking them. They are a little big. It’s hard for me to chew them with all the sugar. I feel like I was eating diabetes. The flavor is not terrible but not the best tasting gummy either. Be prepared for the sugar if you try them. I would return them if I could.Update: I received a message from the seller and they offered a full refund. I want acknowledge them for their kind gesture. Not all seller reas their reviews and would offer a refund but they did. Although the product itself is not for me, I can appreciate the seller taking the initiative to offer a refund. So thank you to the seller of this product.
