This is a serious machine - not trivial to setup
Things to be aware of: It's heavy, even the Prime guy had to use a dolly cart to get it in the house. Its packaging is crazy. It took me about 30 minutes to unpack it. Other than a small scratch on the case it was pristine. They said to read the quick start guide but I had no such document only an install booklet which was only sort of helpful because it went on about installing the motherboard and other hardware more than it did about getting started. You have to open the case to get all the protective foam packing out from inside the case. Every fan, there are 10 of them, was protected with foam. Getting the case open was relatively easy just 2 screws to undo. Getting it back together was more tricky. You have to put two glass panels back on and once I figured it out it was fine. After that, it went well. The card supports two monitors but the graphics card only has one HDMI port so you will need an adaptor cable to plug in the second HDMI, luckily I had one. There is a second HDMI port on the box but it did not drive my second monitor so I guess it's for some other device - I am not using it. It comes with a mouse and keyboard, a remote, and a bag of cables to connect additional components inside the case which I doubt I will ever use. A hardcore gamer will probably snort at the mouse and keyboard but they are fine for me. Now the fun part. In its default configuration, the fans are racing and loud even with nothing but Windows running. I tried endlessly to slow them down and failed until I discovered that the remote control it comes with is not just for the pretty lights - it controls the fans too. Now the fans are quiet even when hammering the system with MS FS2020 at ultra settings. Don't lose the remote. Before I figured out the remote I tried contacting support and they ignored me so good luck if you need help. This is my very first serious gaming system so maybe that's why I struggled a bit. I have only used business/home-level systems and they are complete toys compared to this beast. Now I am up and running and it's 5 stars all the way for me. I initially considered giving 4 stars because of the issues setting it up which, to be honest, is more about my lack of experience with these very high-end systems than any flaw in the machine. I look forward to many hours of serious high-definition gaming for years to come and would buy again.

Worth the money! (Day 1)
Day 30+ update: So far so good, everything is running smooth as butter, only hiccups are just from windows 11 being....well, windows 11 with the constant nagging for updates, but other than that no real issues to speak of! As of right now this is Day 1 of receiving, unboxing and running this new desktop through its paces, so far so good! No bloatware to speak of, not a fan of it being windows 11 but so far have not run into any compatibility issues with the stuff I needed to install on it like Adobe's CS6 collection. Impressed with the level of protection they put in the multiple boxes this thing came in with the foam padding on the outside and on the inside to keep the components from moving around! Was a little nervous getting the interior foam out but with some careful nudging it slid right out! So far it's running like a dream! Incredibly fast, no fps drops for anything I've chucked at it so far, it's also really quiet, and even when it starts ramping up a bit it just sounds like there's a small wind outside my window lol I will post an update if anything changes, but so far so good! This was well worth the money with how well this thing was built and how well it was protected en route to my home! If there is one thing to nitpick, it's the fact that I needed to install an additional 4TB hard drive just because of the fact that 1TB fills up way too fast! 10/10 Would buy again!

Customer service redemption?
After a month or so I was finally able to talk to someone at customer service. After some trouble shooting we found out the hard drive went bad. They promised to send a new one once they received the old one (@their expense). This took 2 months because of some error on their end. When I called again, they shipped out a new one with more memory. That arrived in a week. Overall, I think my bad experience may have been a fluke. I would give them a second chance. I purchased this in July for my son. At the end of August it quit booting up. He is unable to open windows. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times. Every time, there are at least 7-20 callers ahead of me. I left a voicemail and have never received a call back. I also sent a message through their customer service and still have heard nothing. The computer has not worked for 3 weeks now. I will probably have to take it to a local repair place to get something done.

A great prebuilt gaming PC
OK the first thing I want to get out in the open is probably the number one reason you're reading my review, was it worth it taking a chance on a prebuilt from a fairly new company founded in 2016 and my answer is definitely YES. I'm not a noob when it comes to PCs either I've built 5 computers over the years and I'm extremely knowledgeable about tech so you can rest easy when I tell you that it has been a very good experience. First the shipping ordered it and it was here about a week later because I ordered it the Friday before labor day weekend so it took a few days. The packing it shipped in looked like some straight up NASA stuff they really packed this well and they shipped it with UPS. I unboxed it, put it on my desk set it up and before powering on took a look at the case and it's contents. The appearance was awsome wire management is better than what I've done in the past and I'm very thorough, these guys went above and beyond it looks very professionally done. Case is great looking and very roomy inside with a lot of space for airflow. The components where all name brand and I couldn't be more happy. The RBG lighting in this case is really nice and all were wired correctly so all fans sync even with the 360mm AIO cooler. It runs very quiet even when playing Cyberpunk 2077 in 1440p maxed out with RT. The perfomance from this I913900k and 4070ti combo is incredible 4k max settings with every game gets well over 60 to 140fps in everything I've benched. The memory is ddr5 5200mhz and with the Gen4 M.2 Drive they put in here this thing is insanely fast. I put it through some rigorous testing and benching and gaming for almost 24 hours straight the thing is just solid. So yes it is better than those other two prebuilt companies Ib. and Cy.. They use way better parts and really did a great job on the quality control. Don't be scared to take the leap of faith because I did it for you and I'm really glad I did for both of us.

Came disconnected. Horrible WiFi
After setting this all up I find it won't turn on. Luckily my brother builds PCs so I video chatted with him about it. Come to find out the actual power connection was disconnected from the motherboard. Had to completely remove the GPU and use trial and error to figure out where it goes because the insides are not properly labeled. Also it looks like whoever built this decided to use HOT GLUE on a few of the cords to keep them from being removed. Not good. After finally getting it to work I find that the Wifi is only barely connecting. 1 bar that would keep disconnecting/reconnecting and my router is only about 10 feet away. I ended up having to use my own wifi adapter from my old computer, and now I have full bars. Now I haven't done much on the new computer yet, so i can't tell you how it works once all those issues are solved, but sending someone a PC that isn't properly connected (and most people wouldn't know how to fix) seems like a big deal to me. ************* After actually using the computer for a few months it works well. A few random freezes while gaming, but mostly all good. I'm not going to increase my 1 star rating because sending someone a computer that literally will not turn on because it was put together faulty is just not worth more than 1 star.

Well built custom pc with plenty of power
I used to assemble my own gaming computers until the GPU price crisis during covid. Because of the insane GPU prices, I ordered a prebuilt Omen 30L (i9 10850k with rtx 3070). It was a great machine and served me well, but never cared for the cramped case with tight cable management and the single fan AIO cooler for the i9 10850k was unable to keep gaming temps low. Most CPU temps were averaging in the mid 70 degree celsius with constant throttling of the CPU cores because they were spiking to Tmax. I unloaded that PC to a younger family member and purchased this Skytech Prism II (i9 13900k with rtx 4070 ti. The computer came well packaged and without any bloatware (looking at you HP omen), other than Norton Antivirus. It's insane how much better the air flow is in the Lian Li 011 case. Temps are averaging 40 to 60 degree celsius for the i9 13900k for more demanding games, which is simply awesome. Less demanding games are running in the 30 degree range, which is great considering the insane power draw of the i9 13900k. Thank you Deepcool 360mm AIO for keeping the i9 in check. Moreover, the rtx 4070ti is a wonderful improvement over my old rtx 3070, and this card runs everything i've thrown at it butter smooth at 3440x1440 on my ultra wide gaming monitor. This card really can give an rtx 3090 a run for its money. All the pc parts were name brand (MSI) and the cost was better than what I would have paid for the parts individually, if I were building the computer from scratch. Overall, I highly recommend this pc to anyone looking for a well built custom pc without paying the insane premium asking prices of some of the more boutique gaming pc brands.

This pc would have been the perfect pc
(First week of owning) This Pc is Super fast, Like faster than most other Pcs. The packaging was pretty nice, The setup only took like 5 minutes, And the Value of the Pc is worth it. Once i turned on the Pc i was surprised by the Rgb beauty and the quality of the Rgb lights. The Gpu of the pc is also way above average, The cpu of the pc is also way above average, And the cooling system was really good. When i opened a realistic looking game the Pc was Not even dropping fps. it was really fast. Opening apps were instant (Depending on how big the app is) and it never crashed so far. I would give this pc a 10/10 10/10 for the Design, looks, lighting. 10/10 for Performance. 9.5/10 For Cooling 10/10 for packaging 9/10 for the price Overall this pc is Perfect! Would recommend buying. (One month review) This pc is a Very powerful pc. but the low-medium quality of the fans ruined it. Recently, One of my fans in the liquid cooler slot was buzzing and moving slow. At first i thought it was the blade. So i Air dusted, tried to maybe adjust it, But none of it was working. So i went to try to screw off the fan to see if something was blocking it. I saw that nothing was blocking it so assumed that it was either the cable or the motor if it has one. So me personally i would not buy this pc unless your a pc building expert. 6.5/10, im a bit disappointed, I would still Recommend skytech gaming though!
