Great quality product. Provides that much needed energy to get through the day and helps with sports performance. Reduced coffee intake on the daily basis.

Really good quality, fine powder and tastes great. I’m sure it does me good, I feel more stress-resistant when I’m taking it! Purely my feeling and not a fact I could prove.

Very fine powder means it mixes in well with liquida or yoghurts, and isn’t gritty like other brands. It is a little bitter in taste than some other Maca powders i’ve tried but maybe it means it more beneficial/stronger.

I don't have a lot of experience using this product, maybe a week, so I don't think I can really talk about the benefits just yet. One thing I will point out is that the smell and taste aren't great. I'm usually ok with powders in my coffee or smoothies, but I can really taste this one and I'm just....not a fan. I did make protein bars the other day and added a few scoops to that which has made it a little more bearable. I'm going to keep going with it as I know it's good for skin and apparently boosts fertility which is the main reason for the purchase. I love that it's organic and it seems to be good value for money. I'll write another review in a month or so.
