Very disappointed. I was so excited to get this. Worked great for a few days. Then the connection started going in and out. The plug in doesn't go all the way down on the phone and the charge goes in and out. Have to jiggle it to reset the connection.

My problem with this product is that it didn't come in USB-C... I tried an adapter, but the "hand" of course was then not anywhere near the phone. The product itself is high quality.

Did not want to even give this "pos" one star. This product ruined the lightning port of my phone! Had to purchase a wireless charger since no other charger cords will fit into the port since I've used this poorly designed product that bent the port of my phone.

OK while it lasted, but didn't make it a year before the plug broke. I guess for 10 bucks, I can't complain.

Was working great, until the usb was bent after awhile.. Had to return going to get another one and hope this was a defect. Other than that I like it !!!

The pin broke the first week I got this product. The design doesn't support the weight of the phone. Disappointed

Didn't charge when I plugged in. Removed cover for phone and still had issues trying to get a charge. Great thought for product but still needs to be refined

I received it just two days ago the hand made pressure on the cell phone and broke the connector should use a flexible material for the hand, the cable works very well but the hand is terrinble, very poor quality.
