With several companies all selling foam ear tips, it can be a bit daunting working out which company and which product to go for. But I'd recommend giving Sonic Foam a try. Their details, advice and charts helped me to quickly identify which tips would best suit my Sony XBA-H1 earbuds. Impressive, given that these particular buds are over ten years old.Normally I'd test the waters with a sample pack of different sizes, but that's not an option here, so the charts and measurements were a big help. I went for medium sized tips, which arrived very quickly and securely within a plastic case, which conveniently has a slot for each pair, rather than lumping all twenty together.Sonic Foam currently have a promotion whereby if you send them some details of your order, they will send you a second set of your choice for free. The process was hassle-free and the second set arrived equally quickly. The tips were a bit bigger than the silicon ones I was using, so they required a little bit of manipulation to insert snuggly into the ears, but once they were in they felt reasonably secure. (Hint - try moistening them before squeezing them - they'll go in easier.)They don't totally isolate the outside world, but they do dampen down much of the back ground noise. I tried them out on a train full of kids on holiday, and was surprised how much of the racket they had reduced by the time I took them out!Audio-wise they're fine. I found they gave the bass a deeper and richer tone, but I did have to slightly adjust the treble upwards. No big deal really. And the comfort more than compensates for any audio tweaks.Foam tips are a very cost-effective way to listen to your music in a noisy environment, compared to the expense and hassle of recharging noise-cancelling earphones, and I'd recommend going with Sonic Foam for their high quality product and service.

Replacement earbuds effectiveness with noise cancellation and sound quality
My original sony earbuds had started to deteriorate. I purchased several replacement buds to try and match the originals, none of which were satisfactory (including a pair purporting to be genuine a sony replacement). These earbuds, however, are fantastic and have transformed both the noise cancellation performance and sound quality of my buds. Longevity may come into question over time as they are soft but you do get several pairs. There may be a question of how robust they are over time but you do get several pairsI have tried several other buds,

Best tips I've found and better than ones 3 times the price.
These are genuinely really good ear tips. Ive tried Azlan and the expensive comply but these are a fraction of the cost and work superbly. I got size SP2 for my Technics AZ80 buds and they fit fine. They last well over a month of everyday use per pair and they really improve the bass and overall sound and also the noise cancellation works much better. They are super comfortable too and they actually really lodge in your ear when expanded so no danger of fallout!Don't waste your money on expensive comply ones...these are top notch.

Replacement Sennheiser IE600 ear tips
The Sonicfoam tips are way more comfortable which is great because the original Sennheiser tips are particularly poor for something so expensive. The tapered shape and few extra mm length makes the Sonicfoam tips fit better and much more comfortable, for my ears at least. The Sonicfoam tips do change the sound signature though, so the trebles are not as clear, with the bass sounding enhanced but less detailed than the originals, a bit boomy even. This is probably down to the straight through design, whereas the originals have a lattice shape across the gap and small piece of foam fitted inside the back which obviously makes a difference to the sound flow.

Buy it!
If you here reading reviews contemplating if you should buy this product. DO IT!!!!I bought these back in January for my Sony XM4. I use my earbuds on a daily, whether it be commuting, gym or just wanting to listen to music.I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing these over the cheaper quality alternatives. The foam is abit different to the ones you get out the box from Sony, however, the noise cancelling is amazing, and they don’t get uncomfortable after a while, which is a problem I had a lot when using a cheaper alternative. If you like quality, comfort and ease of use, I’d definitely suggest purchasing these. And even though it says one per week, it took me 2 months before a pair of tips eventually gave up and I had to replace them.
