I tried to save money and get a used one and I came with only the laptop. No adapter, no charger. Thankfully my phone charger is the same as the laptops but would've been nice to have its own charger.

Nice System with a few exceptions
My 10 year old Sony VAIO is on it's last leg. Had to get a replacement fast. This new unit is nice. I bought the silver and white 1. It's very thin but feels sturdy. Keyboard is the same as my old one and backlit. This is alittle smaller than my old one, 13 inch but that's ok. This 1 is Windows 11. I didn't want to upgrade from Windows 10 because there are always glitches when doing that. I installed all my critical programs and they function fine, including Windows Live Mail. This one is fast and has more power than my last one. I had to buy a longer power cord for the new one because I never use it just on battery. Last night I ran it unplugged and it needed recharging after about 3 hours which sucks. It has 1 standard USB port and 2 USB Type C ports which are smaller. Either port can be used for charging and 1 is a thunderbolt port. 1 more port would have been nice. The positive: Old programs including Windows Live Mail work on Windows 11 No need for special software to add your printer, scanner or fax. It's built in but it's tricky to find the scanner fax feature but it's there. It's fast. It feels sturdy although some are coming about the blue system. The screen is clear and good and you can view in HDR mode in the settings. It has Alexa built in. You can connect your Samsung phone to it. I switched all my files and pictures over using a thumb drive and they loaded quickly although there's probably an easier way to transfer files than that. lol The downside: 1 more usb port would be helpful. The speakers are underneath the base and not loud enough on high so I'm buying a separate bluetooth speaker. It's not touch but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. The rechargeable mouse takes up 1 port..ugh! It comes with McAfee installed but I have Avast already so I uninstalled the McAfee software. There's alot of features I probably haven't discovered yet but overall, it was a good upgrade for me. I bought the additional warranty just in case which protects from spilling or other damage. Keep your box in case you have to send it in for repairs.
