A great verity of sweets

My mum got these sweets for herself after being in hospital she wanted to treat herself and she was really happy with the sweets!! We'd previously bought some Celebrations before this which was over priced and disappointing with the size of the package however with these it was complete opposite and you get a good load of sweets for the price too!!I'm not even a massive sweet lover myself as I'm more of a savoury person (crisps, sausage rolls etc.) however I've also been really enjoying a few of these as well and they are really lovely!!Great value for money, lovely presentation and packaged really well!!Thank you so much!! ❤️🙏🏼

This was a gift and was very well received. Definitely value for money , presented in a beautiful box. Sweets looked delicious and I was told they were very very nice. I have already order another box for another family member as a gift. If you love pick a mix sweets these are definitely the ones to buy!

These sweets would be great for something like a children's party, where you could leave dishes of them around and let children help themselves while they race around.Not so great for a lazy Sunday afternoon, when you're lounging on the settee watching a film and you want nibbles - there are an awful lot of fruit jellies in the box - an awful lot. Too many.

Had these on 3 previous occasions however on the 4th time most of the sweets were rock hard , jelly babies , milkshake bottles , mushrooms to name a few , the jelly dummies had a musty taste , so I’m guessing they were either very old stock or badly stored ,I got no reply from the seller but on speaking to Amazon customer services I got my money back straight away…

The box has a good quality printed design on it and appears a good fit for contents in terms of size. Probably would fit through a letterbox in a pinch. Sweets are protected by a plastic covering which was sealed (had already opened before photo taken).There are some familiar sweets here like shrimps, cola bottles, foam bananas, for example. There could potentially be more variety, but for those who are really into the sweets included might be a good thing.Sweets all seemed dry and good quality, no signs of having expired or having been damaged in the packaging.My main gripe is with the quantity relative to the product price. I understand this is coming mixed, packaged and is also being posted, but it is not far off £20 and to be quite honest I was expecting a reasonably huge amount of sweets for this much money. The box is about the size of an A4 piece of paper and the layer of sweets is shallow, just about covering its surface for the most part. Hopefully that gives a clearer indication of how much is included for the money.Overall, I do think effort has gone into this product, but the sweets just aren't exciting enough and/or numerous enough to justify the price. I feel as though if I were to go to the local supermarket and purchase packets of sweets for the same amount of money, the difference in quantity would be larger than I would like, but that is just my opinion. Perhaps there are hidden costs in producing this of which I am not aware.

This was a Christmas gift and I was there when it was opened. I'm not into these type of sweets but I knew the recipient was and they gave them ten out of ten. I didn't ask it was whispered to a family member so I know it was a truthful review. Little does he know he'll be getting them every year now. Boys are so difficult to buy for aren't they 🤣
