This is a great UV flashlight. There is a tab over the battery that keeps it charged during shipping. The lithium battery is included. Also included is a USB C cable and wrist strap. Check out my photos of a toilet and sink that does not show these stains under normal light. Urine, vomit, feces residue and other biological stains do fluoresce, or glow, under ultraviolet light. Many cat owners use this to find where cat urine is on their floors to clean better. This is much brighter than any UV light I have seen in the past. This is also useful for US currency. modern $20 and $100 dollar bills have a vertical stripe on the left side that glows under a UV light. This is a very useful UV light and only costs $25.99. A very good deal.

Our daughter gave us some f Toppers stones and we needed a black light to see the sparkles.

I bought these flashlights before a trip to Costa Rica, as I was staying in quite remote areas of the jungle. Also, I was told that the power occasionally went out where I was staying. Well, luckily the power didn’t go out – – but I’m still super glad I had these flashlights. I’m also glad I had two, because I misplaced one partway through my trip (turns out it was just deep in a pocket of my bag). I kept one by my bedside, as there wasn’t a light within reach. And to get from the place I was staying – – a treehouse in the middle of the jungle—to The nearest store, about 2 miles away, I had to climb down a steep jungle path for 20 minutes, then walk along an unlit dirt road for a mile (and had to reverse this coming back). My cell phone battery doesn’t last very long, so I was grateful to have this little flashlight. It was certainly bright enough for my needs — of seeing the path, stairs, or road in front of me. I’ll use these again this summer, when we travel to a rural part of northern Michigan. Great little products!
