Had to clear brush with a weedeater that has a steel blade and without a real guard on it. I also do occasional chainsaw work. I needed something to protect my face and eyes from flying debris. I settled on this helmet and was surprised at the quality for the price that I paid, and it works great! It was easy to assemble. I was impressed with the fit not only of the helmet but also the ear muffs and the face guard, which by the way it came with two...a clear plastic and a screen mesh...I used the screen mesh.

The headband is really comfortable, it's lightweight and easy to adjust, the earmuffs work great, the face shield is easy to see through but prevents things from hitting you in the face, and overall I love it.The downside is that there is no label or other approval stamp anywhere on it, so it won't work at a place subject to OSHA inspection.

I bought this for some serious chainsaw work and weed trimming that I do on the reg. I had another one but it flew out of my truck one day when I left the tailgate down. The shield and ear covers work and fit well. 4 stars because the sheiks could go down further. The hat is adjustable and easy to fit your fat head. The best thing about this get up is that I can use it when I'm out putting seed in our dozen bird feeders. Lately the birds have gotten quite tame and aggressive. They love to swoop down to try to peck out my eye or grab an ear lobe while I'm feeding their sorry butts. That male cardinal especially had it in for me! However, it brings the little lady quite a lot of pleasure to see their feathery little selves eating up all that seed (and our paychecks). So, I just put the gear on and feed them birds to keep my baby happy. It gives me great satisfaction that nary a one bird can get to my face with their razor sharp beaks while I'm wearing this protective gear.You need this for all your outside protective needs. The price is right and the birds won't bite.

I am so happy I found these, they are lifesavers. I have been searching for goggles that would protect my eyes but stay clear of the injury on the bridge of my nose, and these did the trick. The inside of the goggles fit against my face instead of sitting on the my nose, and they are secured by a thick adjustable strap. I couldn't be happier, they are very clear and sturdy. This will not be my last pair.

I've got 5 acres in the California, Sierra Nevada foothills. I do a lot of fire mitigation, tree, brush and grass removal. The biggest danger is my Stihl commercial grade line trimmer with a Oregon Mulching blade. It"s a great tool for reducing brush to mulch but it throws a lot of debris at me. I wouldn't think of using it without full face protection. This set up it lite and comfortable and the ear muffs work great.

These goggles get the job done. They have nice adjust ability, and are not too heavy. If you sweat a lot, I wouldn't recommended these as they constantly get foggy. I have to tighten them to the point that they leave marks for me to use em.

I needed this. I have issues hurting myself doing major yard work. We have a lot of trees I keep trimmed so I don’t get knocked off my tractor. Put a good dent in my head last year with a falling limb. These are really great for large yard work or on a job sight. I’m accident prone. My wife seen it and told me to get it. Worth your safety and a great price.
