Seemed like a great product initially.  Setup and syncing was easy and quick. The problem is that the sync seems to fall off in less than 12 hrs. I thought that it was the button accidentally being held down while in my pocket which would have been a big enough flaw making it almost useless in a pocket or bag where pressure could have accidentally pushing the button. The problem got worse when I noticed that even after resyncing and not having the FoundMi in a pocket or bag that it also lost sync even while both the phone ant FoundMi were always in range of each other. This negates the whole point of the location app and tones. Unless you just want an expensive licensed character keychain don’t buy this. You will just be more frustrated trying to find your keys or phone realizing you wasted money on this product

Works perfectly. Definite plus includes, find phone button and you can take pictures by double clicking the button. Only thing I don't like is that it's a lot more bulky than pictured and the song it plays is so annoying.
