Amazing product. I was not expecting this to work much. It does induce lucid dreams if taken right before REM cycle ( after 4-5 hours of sleep). Timing is key. Taking it before bed or during the day greatly reduces effects. Has to be taken during a WBTB. Good supplement for LD!

I bought this product because I'm trying to develop lucid dreaming abilities. I used to have lucid dreams many years ago when I use Stephen Lebreg's dream mask. It was ponderous however even though effective. I tried some of the Hyperzine-A supplements and they were very effective in increasing dream vividness, length, and recall. They too are good products. I've been working with galantamine for a couple of weeks now. I took two capsules before bed and had a huge increase in dreaming early in my sleep cycle. It seemed to have worn off by later in my sleep. Then I tried one capsule in an afternoon nap. Not much to report. Last night however, I woke after about four and a half hours of sleep to use the bathroom. I had not planned on taking any but something told me to do so. So I prowled the house for about ten minutes to wake up consciousness, and then took one capsule with water. My dreams increased notably. Long and detailed. Suddenly, during a seemingly clear moment, I realized that what I was seeing and doing just wasn't possible. I said to myself, 'this has to be a dream'. It was and I was able to hold it and continue some very 'enjoyable' activities for maybe ten or fifteen seconds. Wow. I woke up far too soon but was elated at my success. Galantamine works for me with no noticeable side effects. Enjoy.

That's a great product that my father have been using since 5 years ago, I can attest the results have been very positive by the years and compared to other people with same decease, his mental decline has been steadily lower. It may or may not work. Idk. The capsule is super large. I didn't realize it's gelatin capsule and ordered by mistake. No returns so I'm stuck with it. The capsule is white so probably has titanium oxide. Its largest capsule I ever had. So I open it and dump like a half a teaspoon of coarse white powder in my coffee. It could be rice flour, but it's coarse omg. I wish I didn't order it.
