These are actual SRAM parts. I was expecting knock offs. My bike was shifting like crap. Got these and drivetrain feels like new again. plug and play in my regular NX. Would def recommend.

These pulleys are seemingly identical to what you'd get on Apex1 or NX. They are directional, so take note of the orientation on your derailleur before you remove the old ones.Bushings are fine, and don't have much more resistance that bearings. Plus, they don't seize up after a terribly nasty day riding in the mud.Important Note: For Rival1 and above, these won't work for the upper pulley. There is a little threaded "bump" on the inner plate of those derailleurs that is designed recess slightly into the pulley body. So if you look at your pulley wheels on Rival, Force, etc, there is the inner dust cover on the upper pulley wheel has a hole that's slightly larger in diameter than the rest. Also, that "bump" is larger in diameter than the hole in these replacement pulleys, so it won't recess inside. See the photo that shows the bump on the inner plate, the Rival1 jockey wheel, and the dust cover for these pulleys (with a smaller hole). Also, note the pulley bolt is shorter for the upper pulley since that threaded insert goes inside a bit (for Rival, Force, Red).Anyway...I replaced my lower pulley with one from this package, and i'll keep the other for another time if needed. I was able to salvage one of the existing pulleys I had, so I used that one for the upper pulley.

These are correct for 11 speed NX derailer. Just what I needed thank you, real SRAM parts

This gear is made of plastic. I know it was cheap but I still expected it to not be a one time use item

These are bushing type pullys and I wanted bearing style. My bad! the pictures and description clearly show bushing style. I should have paid closer attention.
