I found information in this book about using Turmeric and it's history that I had never dreamed of!

Not just for tea. The recipes here, ranging in servings from 1 to 6-8, look mighty tasty. There was only one ingredient I had to look up, and is sold just down the street.Although after checking with my doctor, I cannot drink turmeric tea for risk of adverse reactions, I can eat a meal with it included. I can't wait, as I said, these look tasty.
