Falls apart when tipped
The hinge pins fall out when it is not used right side up... Very difficult to put them back in...

Finicky
Finicky and over complicated for a shield. When you set it up to wrap around your burner most hinges will bend inward and create an opening. You have to constantly be working on it, and moving the hinges back into place to get a proper barrier.
