I bought this to repair a big hole in my pool. I have one of the Intex style pools. This seems sturdy enough for this job. It is extremely sticky which is great, but do not have it near anything you don't want stuck to it. Including your hair, clothes etc. It's like super glue. It was hard to even get peeled away from itself and the carrier sheet. Cutting it wasn't easy. I don't know how you would ever remove it if you need to or want to though. It's perfect so far, for the purpose I bought it for.

Purchased to cover a hole in our camper awning. Worked beautifully. It's hard to cut because it's so sticky, even with the protective film on it. Use super sharp scissors. Be careful because once you remove the film, if it sticks to itself, it's useless.

Great to patch a hole made on the RV roof by a branch or your friends missing antenna. Just cut enough off the roll to do the job, lay over area and mark corners and sides, pull the backing at a corner loose, lay over area aligning with that corner up, press and roll while pulling remaining backing off - take your time.

I bought this size Flex Tape to temporarily repair an overhang on my RV with one piece (8' x 1' ). The adhesive once set is near impossible to adjust, which is both good and bad. Fast forward 3 years, the Flex Tape became brittle and let go, leaving the adhesive behind. The adhesive resists Goof Off pro strength; I'm using a 4" razor scraper with slow but decent results.

As soon as the product is unpackaged and ready to use it starts to stick to itself and I'm afraid I'm just not strong enough to battle it apart so all of it ended up in a pile in the bottom of the bathtub (I was trying to seal a few holes in around the shower). I'm just glad that I had the presence of mind to put my long hair up in a cap because I suspected something like that would happen. As far as I can tell it can't be used in long strips it probably works for a square hole bit I needed it in strips. The instructions say "Just measure, cut and apply." There is also a warning to test a small patch because it is not intended to come off easily. No kidding. I did manage to pull it off of the wall so that it wasn't a permanent mess. It also ruined the scissors. Never again.

I like the 12" width and the waterproof ability. I used it on my pool liner.

Worked really well to patch a giant 6” hole in our above ground pool. Drained the pool partially, cleaned and dried around the hole. Put the patch on (rounded corners) on the inside of the pool, let it sit for 2 days to cure and then filled the pool. It’s been a month and no leaks since.
