Hello Calm

I like that there are 4 simple supplements included in this that really target brain function. I actually had to cut back to just 1 capsule daily. 2 was too much for me. I feel more focused and calm. I don’t think I’ve slept a full night without waking up multiple times every night for over decade. The past 2 nights i have slept all the way through and felt rested when I woke. I have taken l theanine, gotu Kola and holy basil before and I have felt relaxed but something about this combo and dosage really feels good and it’s calming my brain while giving me energy during the day while really giving me restful sleep at night which I haven’t noticed in other supplements. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed and I feel I’m able to react to stress better.

I use in stressful situations and it helps.

I was taking another brand but they never keep their item in stock. I was hesitant about trying something new but I needed something. I chose the Calm Mind and I never looked back. I feel like myself again. People on my job don't affect me in a negative way anymore. I love these supplements.
