Postpartum and pregnancy best friend. These work great. If you plan on any pain management or epidural during birth then BUY these. Take them as soon as you get home for at least a few days. They will make everything much more comfortable! My doctor said safe while pregnant and breastfeeding but always double check with your doctor too.
