I used to love the "Italian soda" at a local coffee house but stopped ordering it because I assumed it was hit calorie. Then I saw that the bottle said SUGAR FREE and lo and behold, 0 calories! Rejoice!OK, I'm being a little overdramatic, but only a little, because Torani Sugar Free syrups over club soda and ice are DELICIOUS. It satisfies the soda craving and dessert craving all at the same time without the majority of negative effects of either. My favorite is caramel but I'm sure other people like different flavors, too.(P.S. These are also available in-store at World Market and are sometimes cheaper than here on Amazon so check it out if there's one near you.)(P.P.S. I've also tried Skinny Syrups and I think they're horrible. Torani is far superior.)

I absolutely love putting this in my coffee everyday. But I figured out I wasn't putting enough to get the best flavor! The first time I bought this (this is my 2nd bottle), I bought a pump for it as well. I recommend putting about 3-4 pumps of the syrup for an 8-12oz cup of coffee. In my opinion, this gives the best flavor without it being too overwhelming!
