I use it on my nether regions and have had absolutely no issues. I just Vaseline the tip and b hole to make sure it doesn't get in either, and apply around both, wait 10 minutes, wipe off. Smooth as butter, no burning, rash, nada.

It depends on the person. How sensitive is your skin? How thick is your hair? If you’re interested in using it other places as well might be worth getting and doing patch tests. Small patch on calf one day and if it’s fine the next move onto thigh then groin, then if that spot test goes fine… go for it. Just be careful with timing and have vinegar and antibiotic cream handy in case it starts to burn. Good luck.
