I do not think so - the ATX 3.0 standard is very new, and this unit does not have the new PCI 5 conenctor Unless you are planning a monster build with a very power hungry GPU (i.e. 4090) I'm not sure you will need a ATX 3.0 PSU

Q: Would this work with z490 tomahawk and msi 3060Ti trio ?

I'm using it with a z590 Gaming plus and a RTX 3080 with no problems, I would recommend taking 2 separate power leads to your graphics card and not using one lead with a splitter (if that makes sense). Also only one end of each cable is labelled so do a quick check which end fits in which as I had the motherboard one back to front and it wouldn't clip on. Its a good power supply I've had mine running 24/7 for the past 4 months
