Reliable Power Supply – Great Value for Money
The MSI MAG A550BN is a solid and reliable power supply. Installation was straightforward, and it provides stable power with no issues so far. It’s been running quietly, even under load, which is a big plus. The build quality feels good for the price, and the cables are decent quality and long enough for a standard mid-tower case. At 550W, it’s more than sufficient for a typical gaming or everyday PC build. Overall, this is a dependable and affordable power supply from a trusted brand. Ideal for budget or mid-range systems, and I’d happily recommend it.

Great Psu!!
Fantastic PSU, arrived today (delayed by Amazon despite Paying for next day) very easy to Install despite missing Instruction lol thankfully its basically idiot proof anyway if you know what your doing. Super quiet, very fast to install absolute dream. Might need to step it up to a 750w once I've built my new PC in a couple of months depending on the power drain of the new GPU I buy for it and if I need to I will deffo be buying the 750w version too. Cables are all provided and easy to connect to both the PSU itself and the Motherboard. Packaged really well so no damage. Looks really nice, not that I can see it now its installed but still and very sturdy design. 80+ Gold Rated so should help keep the energy costs down and powers everything in my current build perfectly. What more can I say? Top piece of kit well worth the cost vs a cheaper PSU.

Excellent Quality PSU – Powerful, Quiet, and Future-Proof
This MSI MAG A850GL power supply is an excellent choice. The build quality is solid, installation was straightforward, and the fully modular design with flat black cables makes cable management very clean and easy. It delivers stable power and runs quietly, even under load. The ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 support is a big plus, making it ideal for modern and future GPUs without needing adapters. The 80 Plus Gold efficiency gives peace of mind, and the system stays cool and reliable during long gaming sessions. Overall, this is a high-quality, dependable PSU from MSI, and the 7-year warranty really seals the deal. Highly recommended for anyone building or upgrading a gaming PC.

Perfect for my gaming PC!
This is a great power supply and does exactly what is needed. It's a very sturdy metal construction which has a nice visual design. It comes with a large array of cables for all the different types of components. As this was my first build I had to Google where all the cables went. It came with around 11 cables but you DO NOT need to use every cable that comes with the supply. I only needed 4 (Motherboard power cable, the 600w 16 pin GPU cable, 1 CPU/PCIe cable, and 1 SATA cable (and of course the main power cable to the mains electric)). It's really quiet. I have 10 fans (11 with the PSU) and it's all really quiet when running. I've played Battlefield 6 and it seems to handle everything well with no issues. At 1000w it's more than enough for my 600w system, so gives plenty of future room for upgrades. Overall a great power supply and I would definitely recommend it! (Excuse the messy wiring... it was before cable management).

MSI MPG A850G PCIE5 Power Supply Review
The MSI MPG A850G PCIE5 power supply is an impressive choice for those building high-performance gaming PCs or workstations, especially when paired with a powerful CPU like the AMD Ryzen 7800X3D and a GPU such as the RTX 4070 Super. Here’s a breakdown of the key aspects: Positives: * Tiered Performance: The MPG A850G PCIE5 is in the higher echelons of power supplies, offering excellent build quality and stability. With an 80+ Gold certification, it delivers efficient power conversion, ensuring that your components receive clean and reliable power without wasteful heat generation. * Quiet Operation: One of the standout features is how quiet this PSU runs. Even under heavy load, it manages to keep noise levels impressively low thanks to its high-quality fan and efficient cooling design. If you’re looking for a power supply that won’t disrupt your gaming or work environment with loud fan noise, this one delivers. * Perfect for High-End Builds: With a power output of 850W, it’s more than enough to support power-hungry setups like the Ryzen 7800X3D and RTX 4070 Super. This PSU handles the power demands of these components with ease, ensuring that your system remains stable even during intense gaming or content creation sessions. Negative: Stiff Cables: While the build quality is solid, the cables are somewhat stiff, which can make cable management a bit more challenging. They don’t have the flexibility of some other high-end power supplies, which can make routing them through tight spaces or behind the motherboard tray a bit cumbersome. It’s a minor inconvenience but something to keep in mind if you’re aiming for a clean and tidy build. Conclusion: The MSI MPG A850G PCIE5 is an excellent power supply for those building a performance-driven PC. Its quiet operation, efficient power delivery, and sufficient wattage for high-end components like the Ryzen 7800X3D and RTX 4070 Super make it a solid choice. The stiff cables are a minor drawback, but overall, this PSU offers great value and reliability for gamers and content creators alike.

Quiet, Cool, and Built Like a Tank
I picked up the MSI MAG A1000GLS PCIe 5.0 to round out a new build, and honestly? I’m blown away. It’s quiet as a whisper and powers my MSI GPU like an absolute dream. Even under load, the whole system feels calmer — like the PSU is sitting there meditating while my GPU sprints a marathon. Performance: This unit doesn’t flinch. Frame spikes? Heavy renders? Torture tests? The A1000GLS dishes out clean, stable power like it’s bored. And having native PCIe 5.0 ATX 3.0 support just future-proofs the whole rig. No sketchy adapters, no spaghetti cables. Noise & Thermal: The fan curve is chef’s kiss. For the most part, I can’t even hear it over my case fans. When it finally spins up, it’s a soft woosh — not the haunted-vacuum-cleaner energy some PSUs bring. Build Quality: Feels premium in the hands, looks clean in the case, and the fully modular cables make routing ridiculously tidy. MSI clearly didn’t cut corners. Price: For a 1000W, PCIe5-ready, ATX 3.0-certified unit with this level of build quality? Very competitively priced. Especially considering what other brands are charging for similar features. Verdict: If you want a PSU that’s reliable, quiet, future-proof, and won’t make your wallet combust — get this one. The MSI MAG A1000GLS doesn’t just power your system… it COOKS.

Quality all white modular PSU at a reasonable price.
This looks to be a quality all white modular PSU at a reasonable price. I've not had the full system running fully yet but in testing the PSU seems of similar quality to the Corsair TM it is replacing in my new build. I love the all white aesthetic which was the primary reason for we choosing this unit over other options. The PSU ticks all the right boxes on paper, it is 80+ Gold, fully modular and supports PCI 5.0. For the price it is fantastic value and the MSI warranty is always sufficient although in my experience I have never needed to claim after 20 years or using their stuff. The PSU seems well build and sturdy no sign of rattling and the flat white cables are fantastic to work with for clean cable management. Overall it is early days but I am confident this will be a long lasting PSU, it ticks all the boxes and I can recommend.

Solid, modern PSU – perfect for newer GPUs
Recently upgraded my system and went with the MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5, and I’ve been really impressed so far. Build quality feels excellent, the unit is solid and well-finished, and the flat black modular cables make cable management much easier and cleaner. The ATX 3.0 / PCIe 5.0 support was a big selling point for me, especially with newer, more power-hungry GPUs. It’s been completely stable under load, with no coil whine or strange noises, and it runs nice and quiet even during gaming or rendering sessions. Efficiency-wise, the 80 Plus Gold rating does exactly what you’d expect, and the fully modular design means you only use the cables you actually need. Installation was straightforward, and everything feels well thought out. The 7-year warranty is also reassuring and shows confidence in the product. Overall, this feels like a reliable, future-proof PSU from a trusted brand, and I’d happily recommend it if you’re building or upgrading a modern PC. Great value for money and peace of mind.
