I'm 5'6" at 154-165 lbs. should I get a medium or large?

I'm a 5'3" woman weighing 159 lbs. I bought an XL last year when I weighed 177 lbs. They fit last year, but now, at 159 lbs., they are a more comfortable fit.

So i wear a medium in under armour, should i stick with the same size in these?

Faccio PL e trovo questi leggings perfetti, comodi e economici per le alzate.Sono utili sia per gli stacchi da terra, in modo da avere un tessuto protettivo non ingombrante che protegga gli stinchi, e ottimi anche per far salire le ginocchiere da squat.Sono super leggeri e traspiranti, si riescono a tenere anche d'estate.Per queste caratteristiche, ricompro l'articolo a cadenza regolare una volta usurato.

Decent but the stitches/seems came apart…

So one of leggings I purchased and wore for one session had noticeable fuzz come out of the seem area, looking closer the stitches seem to be coming apart. Disappointed because I only wore them once

Perfect - I'd buy again

I'm 6'2" tall with a 34" waist and these fit perfectly. I love the design, they're very comfortable and ideal for working out in the gym. I've washed them a few times and they haven't shrunk or faded. The stitching also seems very good, no issues there at all. Overall, very happy and I'll be buying some more soon.
