Yes this will fit your grill. I looked it up on char-broil website, part was not available. I looked it up on ereplacementparts, says it will fit your grill model.

Will this fit 463435115?

I'm assuming that number is a model number of a propane grill. If your model is not listed, it probably won't fit perfectly, if your part looks similar, this replacement will most likely work, and will fit. I had to use some ingenuity to get mine to stay in place. I do have to add that the replacement part did not last 6 months, and it should be working right now, but it's not, all it is is an igniter, and should work no matter what model of grill it's installed in. Maybe mine was defective- I'll never know.

Will this fit a char broil model 463276517

It fit my 3-burner plus side burner model 463242516 perfectly. It has 4 outputs and my grill had 4 ignition wires- one for each burner. Your 6-burner plus side burner modes must have the ignition wires spliced together as the module specified for it only has one output. If so this module should work - you'll just have 3 unused high voltage outputs.
