Yes, it is small, though smaller useable capacity
First, I do love this mixer. It’s just me & my husband, & as much as I love the commercial-grade appliances, I do not need them. This will work for pancakes, a box cake mix, mixing your own dressing, & I’ve just made butter with it. Now, let me state some things that could help you decide if this is the right size mixer for you & yours! Yes, technically a 3.2 capacity, & that’s just over 12 cups. I filled it with 12 cups water & it was *right* to the brim of the bowl, so there is absolutely no way you will be able to use 3.2 quarts of anything. I put 1qt (4cups) heavy cream in there & it did a beautiful job with making the butter. From that, I got about a pound of butter, & 2 cups fresh buttermilk that I freeze & use for French toast, pancakes, or other baking. There is zero chance I’d have been able to make a double batch, or 8 cups of the aforementioned 12 cup capacity, without it becoming a huge mess on the counter. So know that it is 3.2qt capacity, but maybe about half that is useable capacity. I have included photos & used a 1 cup glass measuring cup for reference. Next, I have arthritis & the Kitchenaid mixers I have had in the past would now be very, very difficult to move on my own. This little honey has 4 strong suction cups that keep it securely in place on the counter, it’s compact enough to leave in its own spot, & when I do need to move it I can do it on my own & without having to ask my husband. Finally, just a helpful hint. When I took off the bowl a little buttermilk got on the area where the bowl sits, & so I wiped it up. When I went back to do my normal post-use wipe down I pushed it back & there was some buttermilk on the counter. So when you clean it, take care to wipe the bowl seat & underneath the unit itself. Overall, this is perfect for my needs. If I baked like I did in my younger days, it wouldn’t have worked at all. Update, I wanted to show the capacity & mess. Again, not a complaint, just something to be aware of. The video is when it actually turns to butter & goes everywhere. I don’t use the spatter shield, I just drape a kitchen towel over it & it helped. Next time I won’t be making a video & it will be less mess. & this baby is cheaper & better than a butter churn I bought on Amazon & returned because it arrived broken. You will love this gem if you are prepared for the small size.

Good for small families.
Very good product. Efficiently working same as other costly stand mixers, for the price. Its very convenient size, for daily cooking for small families. And because of the smaller size, good for the smaller kitchen. Require less counter space. Cleaning is also easy, dishwasher safe. I am using it everyday, since August, for two persons and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I found my cute little yellow mixer.
I wanted a stand mixer but didn't want to spend the big bucks for the big heavy ones. If I were going to put alot of mileage on it, maybe. If I had a large crowd to cook for, maybe again. But since it is just me and the Ol' Man, it's just fine. It's cute, sturdy, has grippies on it so it doesn't walk away. But actually I've never had to worry about that as it functions very well, and is easy to use, as well as easy to move because it doesn't weigh a ton. It comes in a variety of colors, and I found one to go with my yellow kitchen.

Affordable version of the kitchen aid
I bought this a few months ago without reading the size and was confused as to why it was small. It is perfect for small kitchens and small baking. Its functionality and appearance is good. I would say this compares to a kitchen aid but for a better price. I ended up ordering this same mixer but bigger size from this same brand and it works the same. This is a good purchase for those who want a good quality mixer, easy to use without spending 500$ on a kitchen aid.

Kitchen "Assistant" in a Box
I'm 64 and under 5' tall so this mixer is the perfect size/weight for me to move around my small kitchen, and the black Friday price was well within my means. It's just fine for a single batch of most any recipe. Attachments are easily switched out. I like the bowl shield to protect from spatter. It has several speeds that are sufficient for mixing cookie and quick breads. I haven't tried it on yeast bread dough though. The sleek design is easy to clean up. The little suction pads on the bottom really secure the mixer to the countertop. I got it because arthritis makes grasping a spoon difficult and painful and so far it's doing a much better job of mixing up goodies then I've done in a long time. As long as it keeps working it will be more than enough for my needs.

Reliable and easy to use, company is the best
I bought this mixer in March for fun and ended up creating a business with it. This mixer is very reliable, easy to use, easier to clean, has suction cups to keep it in place, a safety setting so it doesn’t turn on unless locked, dishwasher safe, compact size, not too loud… it covers all the bases for a mixer and gets your job DONE! It has helped my little business blow up over the last five weeks. The price is well worth it!! With that said, I was getting overloaded with orders and my mixer started to lose juice. I had 13 batches of cookies one day and it overheated and shut down on me. I let it cool off and it came right back up to finish these batches, then I switched to my other mixer to let it rest. A week ago, the mixer stopped spinning altogether. I was on the phone with product support (from Amazon) for over an hour trying to figure a way to get the mixer to start spinning again and after talking to four agents the mixer was confirmed dead. Lemme go ahead and reiterate that I started a BUSINESS with this thing, DOZENS of orders every week along with icings and frostings, so I was using this a lot over the last month. I took really good care of it but I definitely used it more than your average baker. So I fully understand why it stopped working as intended. A little mixer like this was probably not meant to handle a load this big. And for the price, I was not upset when it was time to get a new one. I STILL RECOMMEND THIS MIXER!! Anyway this is where the reliability really comes in. The manufacture immediately swept in and sent a replacement for my mixer and it just arrived on my doorstep!! I didn’t realize that it’s covered by a one year warranty. And now I’m back on track to get started on May orders and am so happy to not have to shell out a couple hundred for another kitchen aid. If this happens again I would absolutely buy another mixer from this company and if I ever get to the point of having a brick and mortar company, I’d display this mixer in the front window. And if I do baking classes with kiddos, THEY WOULD USE THIS MIXER! I’ve recommended this product to several people and would absolutely recommend it to you too. YOU WILL NOT BEAT THIS PRICE!! Customer service from manufacture is top tier! And I’m going to start baking right after this post. Happy mixing, y’all!

Works great
The mixer is awesome it works very well if fits under my counter space very well. It is a small mixer compared to what I use have but, I don't have a biggest family as I used to so it works good for me. Hope you decide to get it because it is totally great.

Fantastic machine
I have had a large KitchenAid for a long time and the older I get the less I use it. It's too heavy to lift and too big for my needs at this stage of my life. I found this little gem and although skeptical, I decided to try it. Just wow! It is the perfect size for my husband and I and I can also make more than enough, say, mashed potatoes, for 1-2 additional people. It's not as well made as "The King" (for example, 2 of the attachments are made of durable plastic), but so far it works just as well or better for me. I keep it on a bookshelf in the kitchen island and I can easily move it one-handed to the counter. And it's cute, to boot! I bought the pale aqua and keep it in a clear-front case when I am not using it. 5 stars from this older cook!
