I had high expectations from a brand like Morphy Richards, but the experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a Morphy Richards coffee machine that stopped switching on just a few months into use. I raised a complaint, and a technician came over who diagnosed the issue and said the part needed to be replaced. He asked for 4 days to get it done – fair enough, I was willing to wait. But it’s been well over that now. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the part isn’t available and the product replacement has been approved. Sounds like progress? Not really. Now they casually say they have no idea when the replacement will come. It could be days, weeks, or even months. Seriously? For a basic product? This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t support your own products, you shouldn’t be selling them. No clarity, no escalation mechanism, and zero ownership from the brand. All I get are vague responses and empty promises. Morphy Richards – your product quality is questionable and your after-sales service is a joke. I strongly urge others to think twice before buying anything from this brand.

This is the first day of my new coffee machine. Initial reaction is that this is one of the best budget coffee machine which provides incredible 20 bar pressure for a rich coffee creme experience for the Barista style coffee lovers. Was skeptical initially as there is not much videos of this machine on the internet. After a lot of research chose this over Agaro and Wonderchef and Inalsa because it’s definitely a better brand as compared to others and offers 2 years of warranty as compared to 1 year for the other brands. Though this machine has no analog temperature dial you don’t actually need it. It brews the perfectly as soon you choose the single shot or double shot option after the lights are stable. Much recommended if you’re planning for a good branded espresso machine at a budget price.

I loved this coffee maker. However since the carafe broke I am unable to get a replacement. Can anyone guide me where I can find one.

The machine worked fine for a month then started leaking. The customer care took 15 days to replace a damaged silicon coated pipe and charged me for it. The machine is supposed to be under 2 year warranty, but I was told warranty excludes plastic and rubber parts. The machine is all plastic and rubber, so the warranty is of little use.
