UPDATE: Refund came in. The new one works great and we like the large screen and dual camera mode. Have had it almost a year. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Battery stopped charging after a month of use and it never turned on again. We were actually sad as the screen and cameras were really nice, so we were hoping for a refund and to get another one of the same hoping this was a glitch. Amazon customer service agent said we could return it as we were within return window. We did, buy a second one, but now we are a month after having returned it and have not been refunded yet! We’re very frustrated having paid for two sets… It just says “refund has been delayed” and there isn’t a way to contact seller…

DO NOT BUY. This does not work well and came with a lot of issues. especially when you need it most. I purchased this in October 2024 to replace my old vtech single camera since baby #2 was due Soon. I set it up in December for my toddler. Set up was easy but by March 2025. Only 3 months of use you already had a host of issues before my second baby was born!!!!! Poor connectivity. Very soft sound even at the highest sensitivity and volume compare to the previous vtech camera I had. The night mode is glitching so it toggles between night mode and day mode make a lot of clicking noises keeping me and my toddler awake as can be heard from the camera itself. I have to turn off night mode for it to be quiet however I cannot see my child. I tried unplugging the camera but a few weeks later the issue returns. Now we are in May and the charger has completely stopped working/charging the monitor screen. Not to mention the battery life is very short when not plugged in. I have to use another charger to use it but it is not holding the charge as before. Now the icing on the cake is the antenna broken. All this after only 4 months of use!!!!!!! It’s driving me crazy. DO NOT BUY. POOR PRODUCT. My first tech single camera was much better and clearer where I can see baby breathing. This one is far less superior and has too many issues. If I was living in the US I would have retur ed this lonnggg time ago. After baby was born set up second camera. More connection issues and short battery life. I repeat. Do not buy. I will be trying another brand next purchase.

I brought this to use for my mom especially at night. The quality of the camera is good, it was easy to set up and I really like the features. I can see what’s going on even when I’m not at home as there is an app that allows you to speak into the camera as well as adjust the angles of the cameras. The battery life for the monitor did not last long but if you leave it plugged in your good to go.

Don't always have the greatest connection or video quality, I feel like it glitches often too but works good enough. Update: I bought September 2022, July 2023 I cannot get both my cameras to connect to the monitor now. Very frustrating and a waste of money.

The HD night vision is like having a secret agent watching over my little one. And let's not forget the soothing sounds, which not only lull my baby to sleep but also help me drift into dreamland. The 2-way communication lets me sing lullabies or have a hilarious conversation with my baby from another room. The only downside? My baby thinks the monitor is a talking toy and tries to have full-on conversations with it. Overall, a must-have for any new parent, providing peace of mind, entertainment, and a glimpse into the world of baby babble.

Had a previous vtech monitor that we loved, but could no longer use the monitor part unless it was plugged in. So we decided to get a new one that had wifi capability. Well this new monitor worked great for a bit, had connection issues here and there with the cameras. But in the last month (have only had the system for 5/6months) it has not really connected to one of the cameras more than 1 or 2 days, and the other camera connection needs to be reconnected constantly as well. Literally can be standing directly in front of camera with the monitor and it still will not connect. 🙃 So, do not recommend. Please buy a different product unless you want a baby monitoring system that lasts less than 6 months.

Overall I have liked this monitor quite a bit, but decided to write a review because after nearly 2 years it is having some pretty frustrating issues. The monitor does not hold a charge anymore, it will last about 20 minutes without being plugged in. Also one of the cameras will just randomly stop syncing with the monitor. It beeps very loudly when it does this, often waking us up in the middle of the night. It does this whether we have it connected directly to the monitor or via WiFi. I had hoped this would hold up better. Things we’ve liked about it were the ability to check the monitor on our phones via WiFi. This means we can also check while we are on a date to see if the babysitter has gotten the kids to sleep yet. The cameras themselves are good quality and give a good picture. It’s nice to be able to adjust the view and zoom in. The talk feature is also nice. We had liked it quite a lot until recently but are disappointed we may need to replace it soon due to the camera randomly not connecting during the night.

We got this to keep an eye on my wife's mother who has dementia when we can't be in the room with her. Easy set up, works great for over a year now, app on phone works when you're not near the monitor.

Went through 3 of these. Day one would work perfectly fine, then by next day one of the cameras would drop and no longer connect. Coincidentally it was always camera 1 so I thought maybe it was a setting that I was messing up. Called vetch support who confirmed it was a defective camera. This leads me to believe that all 3 times it had a defective cameras. Very frustrating as the first 2 purchases were through retail and last one was through Amazon. Waited almost 2 weeks for this last one and now I have to return it again. By the time I find one that might actually work, my baby will be all grown up and no longer need to be monitored. Staying away from vtech moving forward. Would give zero stars if it was allowed.

I tried too many cameras. And mor expensive than this and return it but this was the best and I am have four from it, easy to use and to connect to WiFi ,clear vision and you can use both Wi-Fi and remote same time for remote it cover a good range comparing to another camera I tried before

ما تشبك على النت و المونيتور جدا ضعيف يفصل من مسافات ليست بعيدة ، الرؤية غير واضحة اذا كان المونيتور بعيد عن الكاميرا مسافة ١٣ متر مثلا ، مع انه الوصف يقول انه الشبكة قوية و ممكن يوصل لادوار مختلفة ، انا في شقة متوسطة واحد دور و المونيتور يفصل كل شوية و لازم يكون قريب جدا جدا من الكاميرا

Cameras are good quality, the parent monitor is a good size and has good picture. The reason for low rating is the parent monitor is easily broken. I had one replaced under warranty and that one also broke and there is no way to replace it.
