Super Gels

These gels really work and taste excellent. Easy on the stomach, provide a noticeable energy boost, and the berry flavour is genuinely pleasant — not overly sweet or artificial. The texture is smooth and easy to take even when pushing hard. Ideal for running, cycling, and longer endurance sessions. One of the best energy gels I’ve used and will definitely buy again.

Necked five of these bad boys during London marathon last year, and they went down a treat. I trained with them in the lead up and have finally felt like I’ve found the gel for me. Taste great, perfect consistency, and are basically rocket fuel. I’m super prone to GI issues so was nervous on race day despite the success in training, but ran a p.b without a stitch, and GI issues, and only ran the second half 19 seconds slower than the first. Needless to say they’re a stonewall favourite for fuelling now. I’m a tropical guy, but all the flavours are spot on.

I guess everyone has different preferences, I have tried a few different gels and find these the best in flavour and performance. These aren't watery or thick, they arent like jelly they are quite liquid. They taste like jam to me. The packet opens easily, they go down well, don't repeat on me or make me feel sick, there's no artificial aftertaste and I feel them energising me within 5 minutes. Training for a marathon and have bought several boxes of these gels. Currently I am finding I am using one every 45-50 minutes on my long runs.

These are just great. Excellent value for money and great taste.
