Love them!
I wanted knives that stood out from the rest of my coworkers being everyone including myself had black handle victorinox. The quality of these knives is better than I thought and half the cost of what I was using. The handles are comfortable but a little bulky as I used to be able to fit 3 victorinox in my scabbard with these I can only fit 2, Iโll just have to figure it out because Iโm not going back to my old knives ๐

This is a KNIFE
Buying knives online can be kind of 'iffy'. This one is a great knife for the price. Super sharp out of the box and worked great for breaking down ribeye roast and pork loin better than a chef's knife, and feels good in your hand. Would recommend this knife for anyone breaking down larger pieces of meat or fish.

Good knife for meat cutters.
Iโm in the trade, I have been a meat cutter for over 15 years. The company I work for has not had new knives since 1932 when it opened its first store. I purchased the 6inch, 8 inch, and 10 inch you see here in the photo. Keep in mind I stand at a table cutting 6-8 hours a day and this knife holds up to cutting everything from a top round to a chuck roll. Very good knife conpared to spending 40 - 60 bucks for other brands. My edge holds up on the wood type composite style butcher blocks for about a week of straight use, then it needs a touch up on the tri stone, which I also had to buy. If your a butcher or meat cutter this will get your job done the steel is pretty good quailty not to stiff and not to flexable. Fast to sharpen and holds the edge pretty good. Hope this helps.

Good purchase
What's not to like about this knife. It comes super sharp. Cuts nicely and hones quickly with a steel. The one thing I had to get used to was the super light weight compared to the high dollar knives my work provides. However the work knives dull quickly and are much harder to sharpen. The less time I have to spend sharpening a knife gives me more time to do the work of running the market.

Great blade at a great price!
Don't expect this to be a magical knife made of unobtainium that can slice through a tank. It's not. It is however a great working knife. It holds a good edge and does its job well and it is reasonably priced, so you won't feel bad when you use it hard, like it's intended to be used. I picked it up for some home butchery and it has held up like a champ. I've broken down several primals using it and a Mercer cutlery stiff boning knife. The pair work well together and both are reasonably priced workhorses.

GREAT KNIFE
I started honing in my butchering skill the past 5 years. This knife is a great tool. It is great for cutting steaks out of big rounds. Holds an edge well and is easily maintained with a steel. When you do need to resharpen it takes an edge very well and easily. You could spend a lot more money and get a lesser knife. This is a high value purchase in my opnion.

Professional quality
Iโve used this knife for 2 years in the butcher shop as well as farm slaughter/butcher. Got a lot of miles on it but itโs still in use. Holds an edge quite well. For the price, you canโt beat this โblue collarโ knife.

Great knife for those on a budget or just getting into processing primal cuts
Great knife for those on a budget or just getting into processing primal cuts. Knife is sharp. If you are going to process big pieces of meat, you need a breaking knife to make the job easier. If you are just starting out (like me) looking to save some money turning big meat into smaller meat, this knife will help you without breaking the bank. Sharp as heck and easy to clean. I got a smaller boning knife to go with it, and both are a huge help. I thought it would just be a luxury, but when you're working with a 40+pound piece of meat, the long sharp knife helps you work faster.

Very impressed!
Perfect for my needs. Easily break down a sirloin butt in no time. Good quality for a budget price. Nice balance and feel. Decent factory edge but I ran it through my sharpener to give it a workingman's edge. Highly recommend this item.
