Is this meant to only be used with a mouse? It looks like it onky comes with 1, so does this mean it isn't for use while typing

For me personally it is meant to be used only for a mouse because it does elevate your arm at different levels, and it will be uncomfortable to type with it. I do leave my hand for quick typing in the arm rest and just move it to the the position needed since it has the flexibility to be move and I am able to type, but it only comes with one and it’s not meant for both hands at the same time.
