Raw Regular Natural Unrefined Cotton Filter Tips, 8 mm, Pack of 200

I chose this for RYO cigs because of the natural cotton. I use the Raw handroll machine - any material too finely ground or too tightly packed is going to be a problem no matter what. This filter is exactly as described. BUT, compared to the American Spirits I buy from the store, note that: the filter is shorter; and the cotton is a different material from commercially made cigs, therefore less filtration IMO. For a RYO King size cig, I am adding filtration of one kind or another. I like the plastic tips that grab the tar. Lastly, my experiece has been if you use the Raw Brand papers, natural filter, and 100% pure tobacco, you have a clean burning tobacco experience: problem is you no longer have a cigarette (you have to light it ever draw) -- you have a very fine pipe-smoking setup (but without the pipe).

Did not like. Barely any smoke seeped thru. A waste of lung. I guess the filter is too thick 🤷🏽‍♀️

But honestly, in June 2016 I bought these to use with an herbal mix, (from Mountain Rose Herbs .com / Smoking Blends) to pacify me as I had quit tobacco but would occasionally get a hankering to smoke. So, I thought, if I had something non-addictive (the herbal blend) to smoke during those times, that I'd get past the urges. So, I bought these filters, about 200 papers, the herbal mix, and a hand roller for approx $34.00. (papers, filters, and roller bought here) That was 7 yrs ago. To date I've smoked exactly two (2) and that was within the first month after receiving the mix et al. I never had the urge again. 🤣 Expensive, but effective. 😂 PS: it wasn't about the taste, the taste was fine, pleasant even. But I guess my body decided, "why bother?". So my advice to anyone who want to try it, buy the least amount of everything you can. Actually I think this was the least.

I roll my own cogs and needed more filters (brother usually buys them for me from army base). I've used RAW products before and have always been happy so I decided to purchase these. They can in good time given what's going on (covid). They are a decent thickness, very much like a store bought cig. Unfortunately I did not like the product at all. You have to take such a hard pull on the cig and barely get any of the flavor/smoke inhaled. I thought it was how i rolled, maybe too tight but after trying 3 additional times and having others try and take a drag, I gave up. Dont plan on buying these again or referring this particular item to any one.

I'm sorry! But these are just... I can't use them for smoking. I LOVE that they are all cotton but the texture is not right for me. So I was sad. However, I then discovered that they are PERFECT for manicure and pedicure!!I use them while I'm applying polish, to wipe off the excess from the cuticle and skin. While its still wet, you know? What you'd normally use a q tip or a piece of towel to do.. And they are just beyond perfect for that. So, then I was happy. Hence the 5 stars. I will buy again just for nail polish use but, it will be a while because it is a nice big bag. So, awesome product at an awesome price!!

These are about half the length of of a standard cigarette filter so you're going to be wasting more tobacco unless you want to burn your fingers and they a just uncomfortable to hold. They also seem harder to draw off of. I wound up trying to use two of the filters which helped with the length but messed up the structural integrity of the cigarette and made the already problematic draw much worse. These really suck and now I have to wait for some better filters to be delivered before I can roll my own cigs.

These are ok. Good that why are not made from plastic, even though it is plastic packaging. These are quite big, not slim so you can use it in roll ups.
