Very nice machine
Purchased this to clean concrete floor for a 60x60 workshop I recently built. Only have a floor drain on one side of building so spraying scrubbing and trying to get water out of building was a challenge. This machine performs well is very easy to operate. I've only used it 2 or 3 times and need to research different cleaners and pads but so far it's doing exactly what I was wanting it to do. I like how easy it is to dump the waste water. I just go to outside door pull discharge hose from its carrier lay it outside and it drains. So far seems like a quality machine

Do not buy!
We have had this floor scrubber since March. We are on our 3rd vacuum motor. The seller keeps asking what floor soap we use and if we clean out the sewage tank. We are using the correct soap and YES we do rinse the tank out after every use. We will be returning this item. Upon returning the product the company says they will not refund our money due to excessive water use. That is not true. Thier vacuum motor is faulty. Why else would there be a backorder of vacuum motors for them to replace the broken ones with. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Good for the money spent
After 4 months of ordering I had an issue, getting the suction motor to work called and they sent me a new one at no charge.

Professional in the field of floor cleaning for over 25 years.
I just scrubbed the 30,000 sq.ft. floor of a top tier clinic and it had plenty of power. I really did not believe it would last for the whole building, but it did. It performs way better than my collection of Clark brand auto scrubber. More like my old series of nilfisk/advance I used 20 years ago! I am going to buy another...

This floor machine works great on our concrete floors. After adding a little enzyme cleaner to the water, it's even better. For a great little machine you need this ! A little slow but if enough water is allowed to be put down it will vacuum the concrete dust.

This scrubber is a piece of junk.
Hard to work with and the vacuum motor is not working.
