This may seem like a long dissertation to some, but I'll try to be brief as possible and explain my headline.I always read the five star reviews first, the one stars last. That gives me a better perspective of what people expect and don't get or what is wrong with the product. I reviewed other headsets and finalize my choice with this unit. I had others w/o the cable connection. You know the ones', they look like "big bugs" in you ear! Cut to the chase, I lost two, from different units! The hell with that! I did get another unit with a cable and it worked good but the earbud came off..."one-ear Joe". So, perusing the different units, I looked at several advertised on Amazon. Price was not an important issue even tho I paid much higher before. I wanted something to stay fixed in my ear or on it. Being used to hearing aids, this type of set appealed to me. I'M GETTING THERE. Ok. Give this set a try.(I paid $65 for an LG several years ago, and one bud went South). So I figured I would pay minimal this time around. If it isn't going to last, I' m not out too much. Continuing, I bought the Boean for $19.95( this one is advertised for less...same unit, reduced to $15). The colored ones' are more for whatever reason. Lastly, The unit I received works as advertised...I was satisfied. However, here's the rub. I could only hear on the right ear piece when playing recorded music! Damn!( I had my wife listen as well and she confirmed that, yes, it is lower than the right. and she has ears that pick up a pin drop. The one star I read had the same problem!! Huh! Here's where it gets better. I contacted the company. Bobby, the contact person said to reboot...and re-try. Nope! So, in good faith of their product, they sent me ANOTHER new set that arrived within three days. Talk about good service! And he didn't even ask for me to return the so-called defective unit. Lastly, I paired the new set...works good with phone calls. The caveat I have here is, my Samsung Galaxy Z5 fold won't let music come through at the same volume as the right one.The left bud for whatever reason is lower of which I am going to investigate further. In a final desperate experiment, I tried and paired both sets to two older phone; one an LG and one an older Galaxy. THEY BOTH WORKED GREAT. The sound was not impaired coming from the left bud. In conclusion, there isn't anything wrong with either sets....it's my Samsung....for now. Why music won't come through is but a mystery for now. My accolades to Bobby and the company for responding several times. Lastly, products produced can go bad whether it's cars; DVD's; washing machines. The bottom line is; if the company makes good, then that's all we can expect in today's society. I'm done!

These earbuds turned out to be just the thing for my purpose.Not expensive and they do a great job, the sound is very clear, I use them for hours on end while walking.These have worked better than those little charge in the case earbuds - also, they charge with a type C USB connection, which is in keeping with all my other devices.Recently, I contacted support due to an issue with the earbuds staying connected, they promptly offered to ship out a replacement, which I accepted.So, a good product and good support, I'm quite pleased.

I purchased these wireless earphones for my wife, who was initially excited to try them. However, after using them several times, she stopped due to the difficulty of wearing them on her ears. Since then, I’ve been using them and here is my experience:Positive:The sound quality, especially the bass, is great.Negative:Difficult to Wear: The "hooks" are made of rubber and are very springy, making it frustrating to loop them around the ears. It takes some time to get them on properly.Accidental Button Presses: While positioning them on your ears or taking them off, you could accidentally touch the button, which may turn the earphones on or off unintentionally.Indistinct On/Off Indicator: It is difficult to tell if the device is on or off when you turn it on or off, as the tiny LED light (about the size of a pinhole) is located in front of one earphone, making it hard to notice if you don’t know where to look.Overall, these earphones are quite unergonomic, and I wouldn’t buy them again.------------------------UPDATE:A few weeks after my initial review of the Boean/Xinhai Tech headphones, the company contacted me to address the issues I had mentioned. Their sincerity has prompted me to reevaluate the headset and provide a more detailed account of my experience in this edition.After wearing the headphones for hours during exercise, walking, and listening to music, here are my updated observations:Negative Comments: My initial negative comments remain unchanged.Positive Comments:Sound Quality: The sound quality, particularly the bass, remains excellent.Comfort: The soft ear hooks were surprisingly comfortable for extended wear. They also kept the headphones securely in place while I was walking and exercising.Earpiece Comfort: I was delighted by how comfortable the earpiece was; it did not irritate my ear canals, even after hours of use. This is crucial for me, as I've found many other brand-name headphones uncomfortable for long periods.Although the ear hooks require some time to secure around the ears, which can be inconvenient for quickly answering phone calls, the headphones are comfortable for extended wear. They are well-suited for walking, running, and exercising, specifically designed for workout and sports activities.Overall, the earphones are good for the functions as advertised, so I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Battery life is about ~10-12 playing music at near minimum volume using a 140 mah battery, enough for a full day. Charges in 2 hours, no fast charging. Pretty good tip options to get a good seal as that's primarily how these isolate noise. Latency is as expected near ~100ms. Control buttons work well. Pairs well with 2 different devices and the handoff between the devices seems to work. Sound quality is reasonably good. Maybe a little overemphasis on the bass, but that's a pretty popular sound profile these days. Mic quality is bad, but usable for calls.Seem reasonably durable, but bluetooth connection started to die in ~5 months and the seller sent a new pair right away!. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
