Spry Toothpaste Wintergreen, Anti-Plaque, 5 oz

This toothpaste really does feel soothing to my gums. It doesn't irritate or leave you with dry mouth. The wintergreen flavor is mild and has kind of a bubble gum flavor, but maybe that's just me. Xylitol starves out the bad decay and periodontal disease germs. I've been wanting to find some cranberry extract mouthwash ever since reading about this Israeli scientist who found it kept mouth bacteria from sticking to the teeth and was as effective as chlorhexidine, which stains teeth. It is rare to find a toothpaste with cranberry extract.I like that it does not have irritants like SLS and carageenan. And the aloe, which is healing, also has been shown to kill tooth decay and gingivitis germs. The only thing I do not like is the titanium dioxide.. Environmental Working Group lists that as moderate cancer risk! I would give this a 5 if they would remove that ingredient. It is the last ingredient, so maybe there is very little of it, but I am not sure if I would buy this again because of the worrying ingredient. It is widely used in cosmetics and toothpastes, but it is not needed. They just put it in to make it white.

I've always had a problem with toothpaste burning my mouth. This toothpaste is the first one in 40+ years that I've used that didn't leave me scrambling for a glass of water to rinse my mouth out by the end. Smooth, not chalky or coarse, and a pleasant wintergreen flavour. Very happy with it.

I ordered Wintergreen by accident. The taste is very mild as toothpastes go and I prefer the more fresh and bold peppermint Spry toothpaste to the Wintergreen. However, my girlfriend likes the Wintergreen, so I’ll be ordering more of this when I start to run out.

I’m a big fan of Spry products, and was exciting try this. Although it tastes great and has quality ingredients, I think the zinc kills my tastebuds. That’s the only reason I knocked off a star. I’m a bit sensitive to zinc, so it may be fine for most people.

The flavor is good. It takes about three times as much of this toothpaste to make my teeth feel clean as it does other brands of toothpaste I have tried. I will not buy this product gym, but it may be exactly what you're looking for and I would suggest at least trying it.

We still use this it hate their formula recently changed. It's much more watery and not as strong tasting which I always feel is betrr to have a strong mint or cinnamon upon brushing verses a weak taste. We are currently looking for other alternatives.

Yes, I like what it promises to do but the tube itself is very flimsy so it's not as easy to dispense as a regular tube of toothpaste. Also, the taste is bland. Would I order it again? Yes. I use it especially when I can't use the water flosser that has xylitol in its delivery system.

Refreshing. I have used this toothpaste for years. I really like this flavor.
