Very nice
This harness it awesome. I had bought one for our small pitbull puppy that had to go over his enormous head that was too big around his chest. It was a nightmare to get on and off and took both me and my husband to put on. This one he just steps right into and secures around on his back.It of course doesn't stop him from chewing at it but if you have something that could I'd pay BIG money for that haha. When we got this his chest was about an inch too small but at the rate he was growing I knew it would fit in a week. It was a bit loose but still stayed on. He will be able to grow into it for a few months thanks t it being adjustable. We were looking for something cheap but effective that we didn't feel bad about tossing after he grows out of it and this fit the bill perfectly. The leash is a bit short for a well trained dog but is perfect for our rebellious puppy. Very good value. Ill most likely buy the next size up if he can not chew through it.

Solid harness, wish it were nylon
First off this is a REAL REVIEW; nobody gave me free stuff to write it.I have a 4-mo American Eskimo puppy who is so cute! But he's getting too strong for his training collar, so I wanted to transition him to a harness that would help train good walking behavior. So far I like it. It's cut down on pulling on walks almost immediately, and the shorter leash gives you more control. The metal parts seem solidly built and the double d-rings on the back is essential backup in case the (plastic, ugh) buckle comes loose. The negatives come in the materials. I'm used to smooth nylon products that won't tangle or irritate my dogs skin. I'm not sure the material here but it's not coated or smooth so I'm hesitant to leave the harness on for any length of time. And the plastic pieces seem pretty cheap. But for his first training harness, and for the price, I can't complain too much.I got a size M so it'd fit him now and as he grows, but the t-strap is a bit loose (they don't provide a measurement for that so it's a crapshoot).

Great for my Border Collie
My dog is very comfortable with this harness. He chewed through his previous one since it was a little loose so he was able too but the large fit him perfectly as soon as it arrive without any adjustment. His chest is 26 inches and he's about 52 pounds - to get an idea of the size. The leash is about 4 ft, which is short for some owners - it really depends if you are training your dog to stay close to you and not walk ahead, then the leash measurement is perfect. It's a very strong and sturdy, and the grip pad is very comfortable on the palms.

I guess it would be okay for a dog that is super small and doesnt have the energy to move much
Just an awkward design. Flat, blade-like connectors start to cut through straps within days of your dog pulls at all. Cross strap is awkwardly placed so as to make adjustment a pain in the ass. Don't bother wasting money when you're just going to have to replace it in a few weeks. I guess it would be okay for a dog that is super small and doesnt have the energy to move much.

It's a great harness. Very easy to use
I got this for my mini Aussie. She had a problem pulling on the leash when we would walk in the park. It's a great harness. Very easy to use, and light and durable. The color is nice and bright (I got the light blue). Some people have commented on the length of the leash, I found it to be just about perfect. I was looking for a shorter leash to keep her contained at the park. If it's too short for your dog, just untie the knot and adjust...

Beagle slips right out of it!
I thought this was going to work out really well but my 35 lb beagle slips right out of it. I have yet to find one that actually confines him. I don't know why this is. His hair is super soft and silky but my husband adjusted him to fit him snug and securely and it still doesn't keep him from getting out of it and EASILY. I would return it but I through away the packaging before I should have. I really like the leash but the harness doesn't do it for my dog.

Too small, too short
I really wish this came in a bigger size. I bought the large and it's just snug enough on my pit bull's belly that I'm not comfortable using it. If it had another inch or two I think it'd be ok. The harness itself is great. The buckle is plastic, but it's strong and has that solid and firm click to it. The metal pieces that join the chest and waist straps are great. I love this design because it'd stay in place as opposed to the looped fabric harness style that slide and twist around the dog's belly and chest. The only other issue with this product is the leash. It is ridiculously short, even unraveled and stretched out. I'll probably give the leash to my 3 year old nephew since the length is perfect for him compared to our other 6' leashes. The harness isn't much use to me though since the biggest size available is still too small.

Lasted about two years, with heavy use
Daily runs, occasional walks, lots of hiking and pulling and this comfortable, lightweight harness is still going strong. Only a small tear formed in the leash. Once the individual cords inside the fabric of the leash started to show and unravel, I just became afraid that the leash would snap, so I have since replaced the leash (with a different brand)
